I know this might seem weird but when I first found out this game exists (this month) I searched it up and fount your channel. I watched a video and subscribed instantly I didn't even recognize the amount of followers you have, first I thought you had over 100.000 subs since your content is the best content I ever seen. Yea since it's much bigger and there is a 3D printed adapter in between it does have more flex to it. This is why it's a bit difficult to get used to at first. And great job with the No Assist, Mate!

Vakaris wheel and shifter probably 300 the wheel is probably 70 and a adapter for 30mso probably 400 in total

I’ve done a lot of tiewire wheels. I have had this setup for 4 years now and I often wonder if adding the bigger wheel has caused the drop in performance in my wheel. Overheating. Whatnot.
Yea thats the problem, also i read somewhere that if you have a heavier wheel the motors will wear out super quick

Should I be scared about removing the standard wheel? I got this wheel only 5 months ago, and I dont want to ruin it instantly! Also! How long overall did this take? From removing g the first screw, to tightening the last.
If you follow each step,no. I just did it,it took me 1 hour and it is worth it every single minute.
Oh and btw u have to forget the paddles, buttons and stuff because it is unreachable after this upgrade.
@@markoszachariadis4391 my desk is already wobbly from the stock wheel, if i get a bigger wheel and put it on will my desk be even worse?
@@calyxl43 this makes the steering wheel heavier... Because the g29 originally wheel is plastic while the racing wheel is metal. So if ur desk is wobbly i think it will make it more difficult.

Would this be same process with a quick release it seems it's the same 6 bolt to wheel instead of using the adapter it comes with one and the the hub and wheel quick connects to that Aldo what size wheel are u using I'm looking at one that 14inch 350mm

hey so I can't remember if you said this on any of your newer videos but doesn't this mod make the force feedback a bit weaker? thinking about doing this but I really rely on force feedback and I don't really wanna lose much of it
ye u lose a lot of ffb. But you get a larger wheel so I mean it goes both ways

I just bought it at a local store. You can fit any rally or drift wheel on a G29 with a 3D printed adapter.

g29 is the cheapest, you can buy a thrustmaster t150 if u want it for ps4, tmx for xbox, but none of them come with a clutch and they cost the same as the g29, and thrustmaster is more expensive to upgrade the shifter is like 160€ and the logi is 50€

@@muhaiminrahman1701 A real steering wheel will be too heavy for the motor, you will damage it. It's best to get a drift wheel like in this video because they're quite light!
