This is great. I’ve been icing thinking the swelling is going down. It’s been six weeks
Awesome! Have you been measuring the girth of the knee to know for sure if swelling is going down? If you don't have a garment tape measure, consider a simple string with a mark where the string overlaps.
So a straight leg at a 45 degree angle above a horizontal body will get shot of swelling! Goody. Thank you.
i dont mean to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account..?
I was stupid forgot the account password. I appreciate any help you can offer me!
@Jericho Carl instablaster :)
@Kace Rory I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process atm.
I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Again, and again, and again. Brilliant BOO-YAH. The angle of elevation is totally eye-opening. I was way too low. You mentioned 10-minutes too. Awesome! How many times per day do you recommend elevating the leg?
Thank you so much. This has been new info I did not have before. Had 6 inch compression wrap at home, long enough to cover my whole leg. Also have the ball to elevate. I am trying this combo now. Hopefully, this will help with elevation.
Love your instructions, questions, will it hurt my TKR 7 1/2 months old. I walk 2 miles a day, it hurt when it clicks. Much worse when I'm done with the walk. Please what can I do
Yesterday that brace I had on my right leg/knee for 6 weeks is gone. I'm doing better but wonder if I should do this to alleviate my swelling? 🤔 My orthopedic doc didn't say anything about this. I ho back in 6 ,weeks. Weening myself off this walker too , using a cane
I have been told to ice it. I have spent hours messing around with cold pacs. The physical therapist
has not mentioned th benefits of Ten’s or ace bandage compression. I can walk without the use of a cane. My biggest problem is that my right leg I have had knee replacement twice 2018 and broke my femur in June. I cannot bend my knee. I am open to any suggestions. I don’t have pain unless I try to bend my knee.
