- How to make your own country, in real life.
NOTE: I do not endorse the practice of attempting to create new nations. Some of the things I said in this video are not good ideas.

A few things to be clarified...
-Concerning land, though most if not all land is claimed, a current country can issue a land patent fee simple (sovereign territory).
-Next, an owned or leased property can serve as your nation. It simply needs to be deemed as a Diplomatic Embassy as well.
-As far as having "people"... you are a person correct? It technically only requires a single living being capable of fulfilling the commitments of the Embassy and functions of the State; of course this may require additional hands to operate more harmoniously.
-In relation to the United Nations recognition... Not required at all. Your nation could well operate as a defacto or de jure entity simply by your interactions with other bona-fide nation-states (think acceptance of contract).
Biggest question is how to obtain a grant of sovereignty... this is where you must do your homework but there are many paths to the finish line out there. I've found mine but keep in mind you must attain the age of majority to crack the code.
Grant of sovereignty, define.

What if you build a artificial floating thing on the ocean and make it a country ?
That would probably work the same as putting land in the ocean

Also it would probably be more easier to build a nuclear reactor there when you build the ground yourself

I am currently the president of the Democratic Republic of Montverde. It is estimated to be around 2100 square ft, so its around the size of a house. It has 18 citizens, some of whom hold high positions of power. You can vote for 3 parties, The Democratic Party, The Republican Party, or the Socialist Party. All legal citizens must pay 2500 Argents of tax per year unless deemed otherwise

The issue with that is if the boat sinks… I think it’s clear what would happen after that…

Welcome to Bruhdderia, a monarchy. Where ofcourse I'm the ruler. Which is just the flag of Greece but gray and white. Also you can't pee on the walls it's a new law which has to be followed because our walls are soaked in piss. So whoever pisses on the wall is fined with 50 dorito chips. Which if they do not pay within 5 weeks the next snack they buy is taxed 20% for 3 whole months. Also our land is atleaste the island of kalymnos, where inside of Kalymnos you can see our beautiful country. A house. But don't worry, because if you look at a high school somewhere close to the house, it's our land too! So you have a huge yard to piss on the grass! Please don't break the fences though. Anyway, our economy is the school and the house, also some random restaurant. And we have 5% tax for every income you get, probably better than any country currently in the world. Our currency is euro, dollar, greek lira which I'm surprised if you even have it at this time of age and dorito chips. Our allies are the country of Giannos, republic of Giorgosia and Dimitri imperium which are ofcourse small countries too. However, our allies and us want to join the UN but are struggling so be patient on that. Our anthem is the chicken nugget song. Cuz we love chicken nuggets and our population is divided by my house. 4 people, country of giannos house, 3 people, republic of giorgosia. Around 3, dimitri imperium, around 3. And the school, around 289. Which is a whopping 302 citizens. We are happy to inform you that you can be a citizen now and bring the population from 302 to maybe 310 or 500 if we are lucky by liking or commenting the video. Dislikes are welcome too. Ignoring it will result in breaking ties to expect no further action from us. Our language here is greek. English and maybe Spanish and french.. maybe though, some citizens might understand english, Spanish or french, but they all understand greek better. Our tension with Turkey is great so we don't want any of our citizens having arguments with Turkey, hah... Anyway, our active personnel is around 50 people so if war happens we might have some ok defence. Offence maybe, we have some real guns. But other than that we have nerf guns, mops, pitchforks and torches. So whoever wants to fight we have ok offence and you can fight with us.
