1small onion chopped
1small green onion chopped
Garlic powder sea salt pepper oregano parsley flakes
1bay leaf
2 Tablespoons sugar
1lb elbow macaroni
1can chopped tomatoes
1-1/2 can tomato purée

Hello Miss Tina, I also Call it goulash that’s how I was raised off of it and so forth and the generations of my family also known as the poor man’s dish which is absolutely stunning and amazing it’s the best one pot dish anyone could ever make and it feeds a whole army and it satisfies everybody’s tummies, I’m definitely going to try to do Miss Gina’s recipe as she puts different ingredients and different layers meaning like she boils her noodles separate and stuff like that I’ve never done that before but it’s worth a try maybe it’s a different flavor or a different texture but I would like to try it I commented to her to try not a traditional goulash recipe so she’s able to try boiling the noodles into the mixture because it’s a way better flavor in my opinion because the noodles are getting flavored as well😊🤤 I hope you have a blessed and wonderful day Miss Tina

Made your Beefaroni my husband LOVED IT. I didn't have tomato puree but I substituted it with one jar marinara sauce, and added some fresh garlic just cause I always use some. We ate it for three nights and it just kept getting better.
I love this meal with Ground Turkey!!!!

Hey Gina have you ever recorded make salmon patties
When we were growing up we were very poor, so my mother would take a can of tomato juice pasta generally elbow, and then salt and pepper garlic powder onion salt and butter at the end I can still taste it was like a soup with the pasta the butter and the spices delicious I still love it to this day it’s a comfort food from my mother

You have No Idea how Happy you've made me to do this beef-a-roni!! I couldn't remember just how my mom fixed it & it never turned out right when I tried! BUT, THIS has Got to be her recipe! Thank you So much, Gina. BTW, My mom would sometimes forget to remove the bay leaf, then, when one of us kids would find this strange looking leaf in there, & complain, she would say it was the "lucky leaf"!! So we always looked for that leaf!! Thanx again & May God Bless You, dear one...

Cooking with ground beef, and making casseroles was rare in the 30’s. My mother had a cookbook with a wonderful recipe called Steaked Spagetti. When she made it she went to her butcher, bought a steak she liked and had it ground. We loved it. It was all cooked raw, including the spaghetti or elbow macaroni. I thought you might like some cooking history before your time and maybe your grandma’s.

Jade Similar last night ground turkey spices noodles I had one can of rotel didn't have spaghetti sauce mixed it all together added shredded Colby and mozzarella it was really delicious even my sisterv loved it and sh cooks her own meals

My hubby hunts so we have lots of venison. Some cookbooks consider it a super food, plus, no fat to drain off so it's easy. Thanks for the idea for my ground deer meat.

That's always good for a quick meal. In my house we add paprika and call it goulash. I made homemade chicken nuggets, french fries and a spinach, bacon n swiss cheese quiche. Have you made quiche yet for your viewers? They are so good and easy, and you can put just about anything in them. I love seafood quiche the best, but broccoli, ham n cheddar is a close second, lol 🍴♥️🍴♥️
