My two favorite guitarists on stage together! I’ve always admired how versatile of a player Neal is. They both play the blues like no one else. Very cool. Rock on Neal and Joe! 🤘🏼
Neal is my idol too. since 1981, but he needs to calm down, at least when he plays the blues. I would like to hear him play more in the old Clapton/Cream style he loves so much. I love Bonamassa who in my view is alongside Josh Smith the pinnacle of blues playin' today.
WOW come on man.... truly my two favorite guitarists as well . Cannot believe I missed this , have been involved with Journey , they wrote the soundtrack of my life, not kidding.since 1977,all my life really, 57 shows, 11 states, 3 countries and a cruise ship.. I would have mortgaged the house, quit my job, left my wife, gave up my American citizenship, shaved my head, and went into WITSEC protection if I only knew. Well, not all of them , but you gotta get my drift. Well fricken done. On my heart its written.
Damn Neal, your lines are beautiful and melodic as well as your sound. It doesn't need five amplifiers, one is enough. He pushes up to Marshall's sweet pot and uses the reactive loadbox (WAZA Tube Amp Expander) to curb stage volume and to get an authentic FOH sound. Nice job Neal, very nice!
@@Mrlz56 I was curious why he would use that as well but I saw a comment on IG asking how he was enjoying his new Waza but who knows... another amp would make sense to. Does he use victory amps?
Neal's a beast in any genre.
Neal is the most versatile musician and guitar player, who can really play the blues.
Neal is one of the best blues players in the world when he plays it. Believe that!

@@fernandes5986 If Joe thinks what you do about Schon, would he have been invited to play with him?
