This workout routine is not designed to be difficult or intense. The goal of the routine is to "activate", enhance sensation and improve neuromuscular connection.
It is a perfect general routine to do as a warm-up, or on an off day, to loosen the body up.
The workout is as follows:
2-3 rounds. 60s per exercise with 15s rest in-between exercises.
A1: Prone bent leg hip extension with leg abducted and externally rotated slightly (right)
A2: Prone bent leg hip extension with leg abducted and externally rotated slightly (left)
A3: Prone A/W/T/Y raise
A4: Standing hip flexion/extension
A5: Bodyweight Push-up with protraction
A6: Bodyweight Crunch
A7: Bent Leg Ankle Dorsiflexion
A8: Standing Double Leg Calf Raise
