I subscribed and I actually know about the inner child but never really got too it I am a Muslim and I had a traumatic childhood and many horrific experiences since I was a child 3-33 Years old. I have developed anxiety and CPTSD I am seeking therapy but I get re traumatized between my Muslim parents. I am glad I found your video

I'm 19 and I feel a huge denial every time I think or mention my age. I truly feel like I'm in my middle of 20s!!🤦🏻♀️ It really touched me when you mentioned the "growing up early " and the resopnsibilities that needed to be taking care of in a small age😔
Oh man! That’s so real but it’s okay! There’s beauty in that (maturity, discernment). But you also still can work on healing the inner child & being more playful and in tune!
@@alasryh I couldn't agree more! And I truly realize that. Alhamdolillah on it. But also I'm trying to work on my Inner Child while I have much space and time only for myself. in another video when you talked about how you met your husbend and mentioned the things you did to try your best to have a healthy marriage, and the note you made about "the perfect spouse". I realized I'm doing the same without even knowing that is a thing other people do! I made the Note a year ago 😂🫶🏻. There are some moment where I feel its silly and awkward But still I deeply knew it would help me to understand myself and what i really want from the other person. الله يسعدك حبيبتي هنا على جهودك👏🏻🤍

Im 25 years old and i have realised that i have some childhood trauma, but how can i try to heal when i am still in an environment that makes it difficult to do so?
