I’m not sure why - I called the company and they said there’s no sugar in there other than natural sugar is there too much natural sugar just wondering.

So that makes it egregiously expensive to buy anything direct. Add to that farmers don't give the same discounts to consumers as to wholesale. I'm sure you are familiar with "US Wellness Meats"? Buying a humanely-grown, pasture raised meat from your local farmer through online delivery would cost more than that.

Groceries have gone up a lot more than 30%. Here's two examples Acme organic coffee went from $10 to $20. Yesterday I went to buy olive oil that was not even organic, Cento extra virgin olive oil went from $11 to $22. I went to the grocery store with $70 and was literally counting every penny I spent.

You can possibly get things like onions and frozen ground beef from your city's charity food shelf, and use your remaining budget for fresh non-starchy vegetables. If you try to buy any processed foods that are "keto friendly" like pickles, sauces, and snacks, things can get expensive really fast.

Nonsense. 5.99 dollars per 48oz is THE CHEAPEST price for a clean ingredient almond milk I've seen, everything else is over 7.99 per 32oz.

Groceries have gone up a lot more than 30%. Here's two examples Acme organic coffee went from $10 to $20. Yesterday I went to buy olive oil that was not even organic, Cento extra virgin olive oil went from $11 to $22. I went to the grocery store with $70 and was literally counting every penny I spent.
