3) Water softener to prevent scaling of bathroom fittings. Or any other solution for hard water.
4) How to measure built up area while making payment for contractor. What is included and excluded while taking measurements for payment.
5) Other than the amount that I need to pay for contractor, what additional expenses will be incurred. An estimate will be helpful. For example, expenses towards plan approval, Bore, temporary electricity, road cutting etc.
6) Additional expenses if house is being built on black cotton soil. Precaution during construction to prevent cracks.
