They tell they can build any house but when i contacted my plan was below 1200 sqfeet build up, and they said they wont do again they only called when i said below 1200 they said they can't Later they called again one more day and they said they will do visit office In the initial stage only they are like this once we start with RCC how to trust them😊😊
Very clear favour is only in favour of the contractor , loss is 200% for the owner without satisfaction in the quality of work. If planning to build a house get it dine by involving yourself in puchace at every step , by hiring a contractor. Giving it to these people you are in a BIG TRAP. PLEASE BEWARE. This is a clear TRAP.

But the problem is agreement is ok but the our legal system is very poor so who will go to court to fight for Rs 2 lakh Rupees or 3 lakh rupees for 20 years or 30 years or 40 years sometimes may be my my grandson will get this to 2 lakh from the contractor😂
