Guys there is no need of giving whole construction with material contract to a company.
There is a concept called PMC (Project management and consultancy), where you can hire a qualified civil engineer with construction knowledge as Project engineer, he will execute the project on behalf of you by checking the quality, design and all other aspects of construction.
By hiring PMC you can save significant amount of money.
Please think about this concept also.
