Went riding in one today and came back and ordered my own. Went ahead and put all the extras on to begin with ( ultrex, 2 Helix 10s, tandem trailer, keel guard, 3 bank charger) and then gonna add my livescope. Thinking this will be the last boat I’ll need. Thks for all the info u and many others have given on this boat!
Thanks so much for putting this together. I've been shopping for boats and you helped me decide on this one. On a side note I love your admiration for your wife! It's the same in my household and I would be nothing without my wife! We may look different and live on opposite sides of the country but you are my brother and I appreciate you. God bless!
Great ride! You work hide to have nice stuff! I was going back and forth between your rig and a Targa. I ended up getting a brand new Targa V-19 back in March 2020. So far I love it but every time I see the 195, makes me still want one. Enjoy!
I went Garmin after running Hummingbird for years. I am now back with Hummingbird the mega imaging is unreal. My Garmin SI showed a distinctive black area on both sides. It is like it is picking up a sharp drop off on both sides. It drove me crazy and couldn’t get over it. It was like you where on a raised road bed all the time. I had the 93SV unit.
Best thing to do is set aside a entire day to break it in,at the same time you can learn more about all your options i.e. live well, fish finders stuff like that. You'll Also get a real good idea how your boat handles. The more ya know about your boats performance and limitations the safer a boater you'll be.
I guess that would depend on how much weight you have already back there. I haven't had any issues and I sit in the back and troll crankbaits sometimes.
Just watched your video for the first time. This is January, 2025. I have had 2 bass Tracker boat and for the money, they were all right but cheap cheap. I finally wanted some quality so I bought a new Ranger. I haven't regretted it for one moment. I know it cost a few thousand more but you get what you pay for. Why ruin a Mercury Pro XS on a cheap boat.
You could probably put power poles on it but due to how low it sits in the rear already I would not. That being said the force anchor lock is amazing so to me there is no need for poles.
Does not run down batteries. With the brushless motors the batteries last much longer than regular motors. I only have it on 24 volts and it lasts me all day.
I'm on the fence on this boat. I have a 175 but I don't like the 35 mph and it's fairly unstable. I've been going back and forth between a 195 and a triton 189
great video. looking at buying the same boat. curious, do you store in the garage behind you? odd question I know, but if I cant get the thing in my garage I'm probably going with the 190 w/115. But I want the 195 w/150. thanks!
@@ErnestColeFishing hey thanks Ernie. I"m going to order this boat from my local tracker dealer. I noticed you didnt install a jack plate for the motor. Just dont want one/need one/or get later?
Update: I’m bout to pull the trigger on same boat brother. Been on the horn with Tracker dealer just today and he quoted me a price I was expecting with the items I requested. Didn’t realize till the end of your video, I’m not that far from you...I live in Tishomingo, MS.
After all my research, I think I’m going to get the same boat. 150hp Lund......$50k....zero options 150hp Ranger....$40k...ok electronics 150hp Tracker....$31k...ok electronics Not like your living on the lake and using it 24/7. Minus the fact that if you can’t fish, you ain’t gonna do shit with the best electronics on earth. Your fishing gear is the next best thing.
Your trolling motor shaft is too short for that boat and not stored properly. You need a 54" shaft (looks like a 45") for the 195 Tracker. Nice boat tho!
Went To the Tracker Boat center in Shakopee. Mn. to look at a used boat. It was crap so I looked at a new boat. They emailed me a quote including taxes and all fees along with a credit app. I filled out the app online overnight and went to the dealer at 8am when they open. They said the price went up overnight $1,505.00. They don't want to honor their own written quote that's less than 24 hours old. Then at 5pm I get a call and email saying...OOOOPs. Its the 2022's that went up in price not the 2021's. still want the boat? UMMMMMMMMMMM.
If I don't like something I usually say it. That being said, that is only one part of an otherwise exceptional product that I plan to enjoy for many years to come.
The Lowrance Hook5 is the very cheapest depthfinder you can get. Bass Pro rigs the Hook5 as standard equipment in order to keep the price as low as possible for people who "just want a fishing boat "

Glad I could help! The wives are pretty awesome. Tight lines brother.
Just want to say thank you for doing this video., informative, and helpful!! I've been torn between the 175 and 195. I'm sold on the 195!
Glad I could help!
Nice video, like the boat. Love the house and land!!!! Living that life!
Thanks 👍

Thanks so much. Congrats on your new boat as well. It’s a shame we all can’t have both rigs.
Awesome boat ERNIE!! Garmin setup gonna be nice!! Be safe out there🎣
Thanks so much.
This is the exact boat that I will be buying this year. Thanks for the video.

Great choice man, what an outstanding boat!
Thanks! 👍 I love it.
Congratulations she’s a beautiful vessel!
I’m running the 175 in an 08 model w/75 HP!
I’m getting older & would enjoy the wider more stable 195.
Thanks. I love the width and the steps I added make loading and unloading so much easier.

That’s beautiful brother had the pro team 175 with the 90hp loved it sold it for a nitro big mistake haha I’m in the market for another pro team soon!
Thanks so much.
Is the rear of the buoyant enough to keep the deck above water if you stand on the rear corner.
I guess that would depend on how much weight you have already back there. I haven't had any issues and I sit in the back and troll crankbaits sometimes.
Sweet rig brother! 👊
Thanks 👍

Love the bow step 🤔
Makes loading and unloading a breeze. No more wet feet.
was wondering about the stability of this boat,
if you are on one side and the guy in the back moves to the other, do you have to be braced?
Not as stable as a glass boat of course but still won’t dump you if another person moves around. Very stable
Thank you for you reply, trying to decide what I need
@@jerrybryson5580 hope this helped.
Can you get power poles on that? At the end of the day does the garmin force anchor lock a good alternative?

@@ErnestColeFishing I'm a big guy so that's great info about rear and adding hydraulics. Thanks Buddy
I have 10ft blades on mine and it's fine. I also have a 6in hydraulic jackplate...it's a 2016 and trading it in for a rt198p...
Awesome boat. Might check out YOLOtek powered GoPro boat mount and never change another battery again. Record video all-day-long!
Thanks. You guys have some awesome products. How about a partnership.
@@ErnestColeFishing Please send an email Team@YOLOtek.com tx brother! Brian
Will do.
Does that trolling motor wear down the batterys quick? Does it last a day of fishing?

@@ErnestColeFishing good deal! Thanks for the reply.
Let us know mpg when you can get up to 60-65 mph?
If i can get it that fast i will
Cool content thanks for your time
Thanks for watching!
Does sit for in the garage???
Yes. With the motor down and the tongue swung around it fits good.
How big is your garage?? Standard 22 feet?? How long is the boat on the trailer at its shortest length??
Yes. Standard garage. I have about a foot of clearance.
I'm on the fence on this boat. I have a 175 but I don't like the 35 mph and it's fairly unstable.
I've been going back and forth between a 195 and a triton 189
The 195 is really wide and stable. That was one of the main points for me. That and it will run a 150hp
How hard was it to add the hot foot?
Had it rigged from factory.
How much did it cost if you don't mind me asking

Whats the top speed?
Mid 50's without gear. With gear around 50, but I usually carry too much lol.
Nice tracker 👍

Very nice

20 qt igloo cooler fits if you takeout the metal box. Video on RUclips. I changed mine

I researched a lot before I picked this boat. I got everything on my wish list for the less than a new fiberglass boat with crap electronics.
Your trolling motor shaft is too short for that boat and not stored properly. You need a 54" shaft (looks like a 45") for the 195 Tracker. Nice boat tho!
I fixed the stowing issue. Length is fine.
