I just finished quilting two Birthday mats. I appliquéd a birthday cake with candles on a plate to background fabrics. Quilted it. Embroidered candle flames in gold floss (could not find my Swarovski Crystal hot press with crystals). Will out cake out with it. Will use colored fondant to decorate cake also. This time I made the appliquéd mats and will make cakes again. The birthday people can keep their mats. Hang them Or just place on table.
I think the M17 has a camera app for your phone? Otherwise, create the wording in Embrilliance Essentials embroidery software, print it out, and then trim the design page right around the outside edge of the letters. Use the crosshair to place on the design.
I am so surprised you have not been an Amy Bradley fan before now. She is one of the first appliqué designers I was introduced to 8 years ago. Her patterns are absolutely wonderful. Trademark infringement is punishable by law which viewers need to remember.
Oh, I have been an Amy Bradley fan for years and years. I just waited until I had permission from the company to show you guys how to digitize the files.
I finished the Bunny Knoll mini quilt yesterday. I’m so proud of myself! Looking forward to the next one. Doing a few Wander Lane blocks getting ready for the Happy Halloween quilt. I’m really enjoying the snapplique process…sew fun!!
So sorry to hear about Harley. I know how terribly hard that is. We had to put our 14 year old yellow lab down on Thursday. They actually came to our home which was good. they are our babies. Maybe Harley and Jacob (our lab) are running free and playing together. Your are right. things will be going good and then all of a sudden our brain will switch over to our dog and then we lose it completely. Keeping you in my thoughts. I do know how you feel.
I don't need therapy, I quilt. I told a gal on SMP this morning to watch you to learn to "snaplique". When scanning the "halloween" quilt, how do we get the scan to the right size? I got the Christmas one also. I'll send the Halloween to my grand nephews. Don't really do Halloween, but it is a cute wall hanging. Does SA3 give you more applique stitch choices. Get a Poodle, no fur all over the house. Our poodle, Peanut, was a therapy dog. He flew in the cabin with us. When we flew to Seattle from NV, he peaked around the seat. Behind us started laughing. He was such a great, quiet guy they didn't know he was there.
Maybe I misunderstood about the $3.00 charge for your live videos. I thought it was not an optional item. I was thinking you had to pay to view. Like I said in the chat, I would join. I have learned so much from you, but usually I have to catch the replay. I live on the west coast and I’m usually getting ready for work at 5 am pacific time. Thank you for all that you do for us stitchers!!!
I have had my scan and cut for a few years- haven’t used it in forever - this is so kind of you to post this - I’m relearning everything and getting lots of new stuff - Thanks so much
Here’s a tip for your viewers who wish they could search your videos. I create my own playlists with categories. I then save videos to my own playlists so I can find them later. I know it’s not the same as finding it the first time, but it helps if I’ve watched it once.
It was great watching you go through the brother scan machine. I’ve always wanted to do some type of embroidery, but I thought all Does embroidery machines did thread Embroideries. Only. I love the look of appliqué in if I can do it as well as you do with your tutoring, I would be thrilled. How do I find that particular machine and the price? And I would like to order it through you since you were the one teaching me, and here in Small town, Kansas we do not have access to those fine machines. Also, if you get a commission on, it would make me happy.
Can you tell me what you put on the material pieces? Which material did you put sf101, heat bond lite? Did you use both on the white fabric? Also what blade did you use to cut the fabric. Thank you
Did a beautiful cake once with colorful fondant and Wilton gel shaped ocean themed coral, fish, shells etc. it was so pretty. We drove it to the birthday party location on an extremely hot day. Sadly, the shapes all slid down off the cake with the fondant into a mess when we arrived. What a mess. So much work to color the fondant and shape the pieces. Like an appliquéd quilt melting. Sad.
Only able to watch a few mins. My brother had open heart surgery and his wife has Alzheimers so there are 4 of us trying to care for them 24hrs a day. I will catch up as i can. Good stitching

Discussion on transferrring Happy Eastert writing to embroidery stitches ans send them to my M17 that does not have a camera. Thank you.

Thank you Becky, I never catch these live. Not really sure where to find them 😅
Accuquilt had a die with bunnies eggs and a basket etc. for Spring/Easter. I made table runners with that die. So cute.
I saw that die and it is so cute. How did you applique them on, hand or machine?

I'm watching the replay and even I yelped "Yes!" When you said about membership. Super cheap classes still if you ask me 😂❤

Good lesson! Thank you Becky!!!! Sew grateful. i would join.

You make that look so easy
I really needed my coffee this morning.

It's all good!
Can it be something different than blanket stitch?
Thank you

Hello from Albuquerque!
Hi Becky, missed the live. Am on retreat, and I slept in.
Here’s a tip for your viewers who wish they could search your videos. I create my own playlists with categories. I then save videos to my own playlists so I can find them later. I know it’s not the same as finding it the first time, but it helps if I’ve watched it once.
Great idea! Thanks for the tip
That is my world also.
Late but watching now

Is there a way you could get all the money
I am a little confused. Will the 225F work for this, as you showed sending it to the Solaris, but I have a Stellaire and I only have 225F. Thanks.
Becky…. Can I save to USB from Embrillance Since I don’t have Wi-Fi embroidery machine?
Yes. Works great
Could Hot Fix or Steam a Seam light be used on the low tack or standard with adhesive side down?
Can you tell me what you put on the material pieces? Which material did you put sf101, heat bond lite? Did you use both on the white fabric? Also what blade did you use to cut the fabric. Thank you
I put SF101 on the white fabric and then added HNB Lite to the fused piece. I use the black standard blade.
Good morning
What is the jpeg copy for? I have simply applique. Do I do everything like this you did today on that?

Oh my! What a mess! lol
Which video can I watch to see how to remove underlying applique stitches with SA2? Thanks so much...
Take a look at this one. ruclips.net/user/liveiTtpSjhlLOk
Thank you so much...@@PowerToolsWithThread
Can embrilliance take writing and digitize it to stitches and send it to my M17?
I also have the brother scan and cut.
I’m tuning in late to your show and on my TV your audio is in and out. Did anyone else have this problem.
Hi there Frito!
No membership.
As far as a subscription, (does that mean no commercials), I would rather pay you direct,,,
Only able to watch a few mins. My brother had open heart surgery and his wife has Alzheimers so there are 4 of us trying to care for them 24hrs a day. I will catch up as i can. Good stitching
Cleaning with dogs is like brushing your teeth while eating Oreos!
Yeah and cats!
@@petmomful2260that is a hoot - I will have to use that. 😂😂😂
No for me
Oh I see satin stitch, should of watched whole video
I’m on a fixed income and it wouldn’t work for me.
I would not join. I pay for RUclips premium. So no.
I am really tired of monthly subscriptions. I’d rather pay you directly something on your website.
Not everyone would be able to do that, sorry
I have you tube premium, so no.
You wasn’t that nice when I met you in person in Huston, you were rather awkward 😮
