Man, I’m grateful for the shoutout. I’m glad that pin is in a good home with someone who greatly appreciates it. I love the fact that I supplied with the coolest thing you’ve ever found at the flea. I’m also glad that you’re now picking up pins 🤣. Thank you again for the kind words man👍
I don't know how I feel about a new category of collecting haha! Super stoked to have found, and at the end of the day I was just lucky nobody grabbed it after the whole day.
You have an incredible eye for small obscure things. I would had easily missed that Robert Crumb Pin. Awesome find of the day! He was a trailblazer in the underworld comics industry and his style is copied by many artists. I believe he also did commercial art as well. I think a saw Spawn #9 (first appearance of Avengeline), if you can get a newsstand copy for under ten bucks pick it up. It is getting tougher to find good prices where we live unfortunately. I had to slow down a bit! Lol Good luck!
Looks like you had great weather for this flea market. I’m glad you were able to both be a vendor and sell some items while picking up some really cool books
Amazing deals once again!! Great Silver/Bronze DC comics will probably rise in value. The R Crumb pin is awesome 👏 and your historical Soviet pins, I get it, I have a deep appreciation for history too. Keep up the fantastic job!!
Awesome but remarkable Silver,Bronze,Cooper and Dark Age Comic Haul including 1.Flash(2nd series)#50(1991), also Your huge Selection of Bronze Age DC Comics was superb and your huge Selection of Bronze Age Marvel Comics was terrific, also the Incredibles vehicle toy was excellent, and The Marvel Super Hero Holiday Grab-Thing was incredible, both The Tour and The Walkthrough around The New Jersey Flea Market was outstanding, also The Playstation 2 video was excellent, also thank you for sharing Chris keep up the great work stay safe out there and have a great day also get well soon.🙂💪✌️👍🦸
Hey, DC never got any love in the 45 years I've been collecting. In fact they haven't gone up that much really since the 90's unless of course they're in super high grade
When you look at how the companies been run over that time it's no surprise. I think we all want to see DC succeed, but they have get some creative people in there to get things rolling.
That Superman #82 signed for $350 is way way to much only that price if it was signed by Jerry or Joe the creators. Wish you were into DC books more instead of just marvel!!! Great vids as always keep them going!!!!
I like DC, but I don't love it. I'm a big fan of Solomon Grundy and Gorilla Grod. But yeah, I figured that was a crazy number. She probably would've come down on it, but that's not in my wheel house.
It was signed by Jerry Siegel. He created Superman. $350 seems to be the high range for a signed copy of Reign of Superman 82, according to sold eBay comps. I do see that the COA is consistent with the signature. From what I can see on eBay, it looks like he signed 2,000 copies of these. The gold signatures are in the same place and numbered XXXX/2000.

My favorite comics these days are the old Charlton horror comics from the 1960-70s. Soooo underrated with awesome art
Bronze age Marvel is my favorite! Also like silver age D.C. comics.

That guy (Joe) was nice to you this time around. 😂
Yeah, Joe was feeling good this time,

Thank you Steven!
Awesome R. Crumb Pin!! Tough to buy autos like that. Jerry Seigel would be a big auto if it were authentic, and it looks good for older Seigel
It was cool to see, but I don't know enough about artist autographs to make an educated purchase.
You going to the Wayne, NJ show this Sunday (814/22)? I plan on going to that show.
Not sure if I'm going to be able to make it. It'll be a game time decision.
Thanks

Hahaha, yeah $350? I don't think so.

It didn't even look like the COA matched the signature. Question the sig too. Good call on not getting it.
