I'm a GOOD tipper. I prefer to call it BLESSING. And I will bless whomever, however much I will, whether it's expected or not, but ALWAYS service people. I LOOK for opportunities to bless good, honest service. I believe how much you bless someone says a lot about you. Don't do it to impress anyone. God sees what you do.
Every service person should be paid Minimum wage. Tip is a gift, if they do a good service. Why should the owner get all the profit. This is slave labor. It should be law.
Tipping is the only way an individual can adjust their income based on their own personal performance. And not be held back by the lowest common denominator. Pooling tips ruins this. Just because some undeveloped groups don't understand this is not a reason for the government to come in and "fix" it.

Tipping is B.S !!!! before y’all say anything I’ve been a server! Why not tip the cooks or the dishwashers or everyone? they work hard maybe even harder than the servers. FYI California Oregon and Washington pay their servers minimum wage then add tips they make $40-60 per hr! 😮
Exactly I worked almost all positions The hardest were cook and dishwasher And we were getting minimum wage Making our jobs look like dirty job, while the servers are “classy” 😂 🔥

These people are wasting money for no reason. It's not on you to pay anyone's wage. You're just a customer.

I've never ever felt bad for not tipping. I only tip if I want to. Which simply depends on if I think the service deserves it or not.
