My references personal and professional only have personal email addresses but their letters are on their institutions letterhead will that affect their credibility because of the personal email addresses?

I have 3 publications under review, and 2 in preparation can I add them in the publications section or not?? Also 3 days back one of my publication was accepted, but it will take a minimum of 2 weeks to get an doi, how should I show it?

Can i write referee as same as your application form
Yeah, you have to give two referees, in that way. if you can have your thesis supervisor/ or main lecturer/ Your work supervisor. Consider people with academic or professional positions related to you.
Test from commonwealth website:List names and positions of three referees who are qualified to comment on both their capacity to benefit from the proposed Scholarship in the UK and their ability to deliver development impact afterwards. One of the referees must be a current employer (if applicable) and at least two references must be included with the application.
make sure one of those 3 is your current employer.

Hi, in that case you can leave it blank. If it is not possible just time. Not applicable to me cause i donot have work experience, i still a student
I found this in eligibility criteria. Student are eligible to apply with condition that they will graduate before the program.that means no work experience:........By September 2023, hold a first degree of at least upper second-class (2:1) honours standard, or a lower second-class degree (2:2) and a relevant postgraduate qualification

Can I fill out 2 applications for Commonwealth with a different first preference in both? This way I will be able to apply to 6 universities
One is enough, only one application can be accepted. the nominating agency will not accept two applications. what you can do is to try admission on those 3 universities u have chosen

Hi Hope, is better if the email is not personal. But if there is a institution head, i think it may be ok. Plz as him/her to stamp. It increases credibility. Then u wait what they will say

Hi, it is not. If you have admission it is nice. But if not do scholrship application, when selected you will have time to submit unconditional offer. But is better that you also start admussion process to the 3 universities you mentioned in ur aplication.

If you are applying for the following programmes a university admission/offer letter is not required at the application stage of the scholarship application process and is not an eligibility requirement for the CSC.

Commonwealth Split-site PhD Scholarship
Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship
However, if you are applying through a nominating agency you should check the eligibility requirements of your nominating agency, they may include additional eligibility criteria which you must meet. You are strongly advised to seek admission to your proposed UK university at the time of, or as soon as possible after submitting your CSC application.
If you are applying for a PhD Scholarship (for high-income countries) you may be required to submit an offer letter at time of application. Please see the programme page for more information.

What happened?
How do my referees/supervisors submit their references/supporting statements?
Applicants must ensure their references and supporting statements from their supervisor (for PhD only) are uploaded on the application portal before submitting their application to the CSC. Applications without the necessary amount of references/supervisor statements are considered incomplete and will be rejected by the CSC. The CSC cannot accept any documents via email or post.
