You know applicants are the ones to upload their transcript on the online application. But my school does not issue official transcripts to students except they will have to send the official ones directly to whichever people that need them and in this case, my school does not have access to my online application. What do I do because I only have the student's unofficial copy? Will the student copy be honored by the Commonwealth office?
