This is neat! I like hunting for hidden items across levels.
I am curious, does Mario's little companion ever contribute anything to the gameplay, or is he just there for cutscenes? It would be neat if there were power-ups that somehow used the little hovering guy to do things.
The companion does contribute a lot for gameplay

This story would have been amazing in one of the recent Paper Mario games. The single partner thing has sucked, but I feel like that's because the partners in Sticker Star and Color Splash were just not interesting enough. Well done on making the ally in this game interesting.

Great, but it would be complete if it had original songs or at least some remixes of Mario music for 16 bit games instead of using Kirby or Pokémon songs
From what I have heard there are a good few Mario Tracks in the hack and it is for better it does not just use Mario Music as it is often overused in a lot of hacks.
@@1UPdudes that is why i said remixes or original songs. Some hacks have great level design and even good story, but it only remixes stuff from other games, often making it look like it doesn't even belong in the same game when together.
@@mmd3585 Suppose it comes down to personal preference then because I am all for having different music over Mario music.
Original Pieces of music are a choice but you are limited in availability as well as quality.
@@1UPdudes They aren’t overused in a lot of hacks dude. And it isn’t for the better and there are MANY great Mario tracks in the jack

the hack is not on smw central so it is very hard to find, and impossible to know if the hack is completed

Why does the overworkd song sound like last christmas?
