York Town It’s close but imo db is still a harder position to play but I do hear a lot of people saying qb is a harder position to play cause all of the decision making they have to do. I also here people say o-line is hard to play as well 🤷🏾♂️
playboyray they’re all quite difficult at NFL level but QB is definitely second to none in difficulty and complexity. Whoever told you this is obviously a DB lol
When the wide receiver has the whole field to work with it’s almost impossible to guard.... which would never happen in a game due to the coverages people run so all this dancing around for 5 secs wouldn’t work in a real game
@@angeljimenez7374 In the NFL there's man coverage with a safety over the top, linebacker covering the middle, and the corners actually jam on the line..Not sure why they aren't pressing in this drill
Koy moore was just running his route. I like that. I know this is such a one sided drill for the wr but i appreciate that kid not dancing for 4 to 5 seconds before even starting their route.
Another thing y’all have to keep in mind is that they aren’t showing Pass breakups. They only show the highlight of the Dbs if they get a pick or an incredible press coverage play
These QBs need to lead these receivers. Is was very noticeable with Fleming especially cuz he would get a step then the ball would be behind him making it easy for the DB
Db is definitely a very challenging position, however I feel these results are very different when your in a live game. Meaning the dline might bail you out by forcing a bad pass or sack. Not to mention you allowed to a hit The WR that can pry the ball loose( especially on the comeback and dig routes).
X b no he didn’t cause he didn’t fucking push him or hinder the defenders ability to catch the ball cause he was still running his route and they wasn’t even going for the ball yet but you’re a soft bum 😂😂😂
As a former DB all that BS the wr gives at the LOS don't go for it. Stay patient and eventually he's going to give you an opening but the key to being a great DB is being aggressive enough to take it.
1 on 1 with wr vs db hardest drill of them all but db in a real game is way more easier Cause u got help with lbs and safeties and most likely they not gone have 4 secs to dance and get open against a elite defense
Y’all really think demond demas is good man I’m not trying to hate or nothing but he competed in a 4a division in Texas that’s a really low division to play but that’s y’all 5a and 6a is just a different breed in Texas football
Best WRs: Gee Scott Jr (best overall receiver), Jermaine Burton (Him and Gee Scott are so close it’s ridiculous, could argue he is better), Julian Fleming (close call with Gary Bryant and Javon Baker, could argue they had better days then him) Best TE: Arik Gilbert (runs routes like a WR, too big for anyone to cover him, no other tight end compares to him) Best DBs: Elias Ricks (number 1 DB in the nation no cap), Lejond Cavazos (definitely 2nd best behind Elias Ricks, can run with any receiver in the nation), Clark Phillips lll (another Ohio State Commit, most underrated cornerback in the nation) Best LB: Noah Sewell (in my opinion Justin Flowe would have been the best if he was there but Sewell put himself in the same class with Flowe after his amazing weekend and no one else can reach them both)
Ariel Helwani Lejond Cavazos didn’t look good at all! He definitely looks like a safety more than a corner! He has horrible technique but he is fast! To just say he was one of the best DB’s is insane
M P his technique might not all be there but their is plenty of tape from the 7 on 7 that shows a lot of potential for an amazing player! I agree with you but the kid can be something special and he can become special with the coaching at Ohio State.
ya boi Dave of course demas should be up there but I don’t know why they didn’t show enough 1 on 1s with him. They also only showed like 3 1 on 1s of Johnny Wilson as well. You are right about Demas however. Demas and Wilson are easily Top 5 in the country with Gee Scott, Burton, and Fleming. My comments were strictly what I saw from the video. But you are right as well!!
Zak Burrell exactly and his hands are so natural some of the catches he’s making the Qbs threw pretty bad balls or we’re late and he adjusted to them well
People don’t get it. As a WR you know the route your running. As a DB, it’s all reaction. Most difficult position
Only plp that have played cb know for a fact that’s the most difficult position on the field.
Ima wr and 100% db is the hardest
These skinny dbs are not built to stay on an island because they simply aint strong enough
Facts only one harder I say is QB
Exactly
Db is the hardest position to play
Exactly bruh
really? I'd think qb would still be hardest
York Town qb is and it’s not close lmfaooo . You gots to know literally what everyone is doing, offensive and defensive wise.
When the wide receiver has the whole field to work with it’s almost impossible to guard.... which would never happen in a game due to the coverages people run so all this dancing around for 5 secs wouldn’t work in a real game
xXx MR Elite on god 😂😂😂
facts plus the safetys and the qb being under pressure
have you heard of man coverage?
@@angeljimenez7374 In the NFL there's man coverage with a safety over the top, linebacker covering the middle, and the corners actually jam on the line..Not sure why they aren't pressing in this drill
Tfeq there can still be safety support
All I saw were hats falling off
Some of the throws didn't even give the guys chances
lmao 5:48 the WR TOOK 5 secs to dance, and it was a 7 yard out
a lmao imagine seeing that route in a football game
And someone said “oh man he doin to much”
The QB GOT SACK ALREADY LIKE 3 times. A 2 sec route too 6 seconds
Jermaine Burton is such a beast. Been following him ever since he went to Calabasas
11:25 best part
Almost but not enough because now I'm paranoid from my past experiences
Darnell Washington runs with incredible balance for a 6'8" guy. He's going to be a weapon wherever he goes to college.
@Adriann Cao he a TE
8:53 is what y’all came here for
Finally been waiting for ever
Elias ricks tuff asl🔥
Them soft shell helmets look like something off a space movie😭
Ahhh yes. It’s that time of the year again
2:21 you could’ve tell he would lock him up
Someone please tell me the second background song
5:46 what route is that?🤔
Prolly hesitated on the squirrel route
He doing wayyyy to much for just a 7-yard out
FINALLY!!!!!
Their head guards come off like every play 😂
Some of them just doing too much.
Too much ego from watching the pros play on TV and thinking they need to be just like that
Fleming, Scott, JSN and Cooper all at Ohio State next year 👀
Tf are those helmets for?
The receivers should only be able to run specific routes. If you got the whole field it’s literally impossible to guard
Koy moore was just running his route. I like that. I know this is such a one sided drill for the wr but i appreciate that kid not dancing for 4 to 5 seconds before even starting their route.
Isn't Isaiah Johnson DB on the Raiders?
Isaiah Johnson has some long limbs looks like the perfect Seattle type corner
The WR are Smarter than the DB DBs we gotta be smarter
Another thing y’all have to keep in mind is that they aren’t showing Pass breakups. They only show the highlight of the Dbs if they get a pick or an incredible press coverage play
That is an actual lie
Tie the caps up or take them off. You can see the caps clearly being a distraction. Even the slightest movement of that cap will throw them off.
This is posted so late but I’ll take it...
If you line up at the line of scrimmage what’s the point to not jamming. Being in a open hip position is bad for breaking on the wide receivers
These QBs need to lead these receivers. Is was very noticeable with Fleming especially cuz he would get a step then the ball would be behind him making it easy for the DB
why are they playing outside leverage on the sideline
Db is definitely a very challenging position, however I feel these results are very different when your in a live game. Meaning the dline might bail you out by forcing a bad pass or sack. Not to mention you allowed to a hit The WR that can pry the ball loose( especially on the comeback and dig routes).
4:02 this man gee Scott took his hat off mid route and still came down wit the TD 🥶
lmao he pushed off at the end cus he cant get seperation
X b he didn’t push him lmao he kept his arm out to keep bro from getting closer, he already had separation 😂🤣
@@joeepaves5747 and if u knew anything about nfl it always gets called as a PI when the arm is fully extended. you wouldnt know though since ur a bum
X b no he didn’t cause he didn’t fucking push him or hinder the defenders ability to catch the ball cause he was still running his route and they wasn’t even going for the ball yet but you’re a soft bum 😂😂😂
X b lil boi let’s keep talkin
I'm still trying to figure out why they wouldnt match Jermaine Against Elias Ricks??
Both going to lsu no need
Jordan Watson UGA now 🤦🏽♂️
@@dukegdb mann tho thats crazy he should have stayed at lsu
Jordan Watson yeah I really like him as a player but I understand he wanted to go home and play!
Is this a invite only
Koda Capone yes this is the finals.
Redding will be really good because he has that name which Redding 3rd those ttoes names just always seem to be the best wrs its weird lol
Man I been waiting for soooooooo long. Under the radar's angle sucks!! It makes me dizzy
Let's see who tf reclassified this year
Thank you
DBs nowdays don’t even turn to look for the ball no more. That’s how you get on NFL teams
Some DB's straight up giving to much cushion.

Where is gee Scott playin at in college? Homie is CERTIFIED💯
Osu
#11 got that Naruto run
Quandarrius got me weak😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
4:42 bye felicia
Koy Moore was smooth af
Why play wit the helmet honestly .. they jus stayed falling off
Them receivers big af
Imagine playing CB one misstep and Issa touchdown.
Arik Gilbert is a stud
jermaine will be a 5 star
Jermain kinda nice
MustWatch Live Fr so damn smooth reminds me Odell
Hamstring has joined the chat
3:56 thank me later
That was cold
Jermaine Burton will be the best of these guys
Can they not get them better helmets? I didn’t see a single helmet stay on

j r I actually dislike Ohio State! I am a USC Fan and USC has signed none of these guys signed! They of course have offers from SC
remember the name "Jermaine Burton"
Jermain Burton looks great
Zak Burrell reminds of Odell a smith freak athlete with elite agility and explosiveness
@@Corey41929 well said mate, looks very agile, great explosiveness moves like a wild cat and brings in the ball well.
Zak Burrell exactly and his hands are so natural some of the catches he’s making the Qbs threw pretty bad balls or we’re late and he adjusted to them well
Are these bad throws on purpose or what? A lot of these DB's got saved by these bad throws
Most of these kids were body catching you really don't want to see that.. I want to see a all hands catch.
0:18 I dont really know much about football but why doesnt he just run all the way to the right
He had a certain route to run so he was told where to go basically
Thought I was watching a osu practice
Might as well been lol 6 or 7 Ohio State Commits in this video including 4 WRs lmao
If you're playing 10 to 15 yards off of your receiver in drills like this.... you deserve whatever is coming to you afterwards lmao.
Unless you that cold with it i think not
And this is why defenses nowadays revolve around zone lmao
True 😂
Demorie tate the best db out there .
I high key fk with this ankle. Under the radar angle is shitty af
Receivers should wear no shirts so db's cant hold
2:44 lmao
The qb was some trash. But on my channel we run 1v1s as well
So y’all can slide thru if y’all want ya feel me
0:38
This is so dumb. It is so easy to run playground routes against 1-1 against a DB and beat him.
Taylor Foster that’s why DB is the hardest position in football. But we still do our thing
KLS not true. Maybe at times but not always
That's why db is the hardest position
Nah the hardest position in football to me is center and a wide
God's Mistake X Rare Willie Willie you’re buggin
You’re not supposed to use the lords name in vain
Ricks got destroyed
:38
Where’s the lineman
A ton of these guys are going to Ohio state
Ohio State gang
Too many bands and sleeves.
Dont curse
weak asf this year
Relentfully says the slug as he barely manages to type this on his electronic device
And this is the best DBS??? Horrible technique
Ikr, the slowest reactions known to humanity.
Ebreazy 25 their in high school lmao
And this is why there is no white dbs in the nfl hahah
Horrible routes and horrible qb
These receivers ain't it
