  • Though it is well known in Malaysia as Hainanese Chicken Chop, this dish wasn't originated from China. In fact, it was created by the Hainan people that migrated to Malaysia. A huge piece of fried chicken served with a generous amount of brown sauce and some wedges. Here is my recipe simple enough for you to do it yourself at home too!

    Can i know which brown stock brand u was using?

      I dont really remember what brand, I think it was knoxx. But u can use any brand, they should work same. Jz needed to adjust the portion as their salt level might be different

      Hey, brown stock is the reduction of stock usually made of beef bone.
      However, commercially now we uses brown stock powder.
