Thanks for the great review! Just to confirm, can you output 4k from a camera to TP mini and transmit it as a 1080p ? You’ve mentioned that but I couldn’t hear it clearly ())
I had a look again mate, it says I'm outputting 4k I j the menu, but then the output says 1080, I emailed shimbol to be a 100% tho, will get back to you
For pulling focus i would recommend to have a bright 7" monitor, preferably with a good peaking function. This monitor is amazing for that. I would however make sure to have a really good wireless transmission system lime the Hollyland Pyro s or teradek or similar:)
Does the trigger record work through sdi? In wondering if I can use this a off camera playback monitor for the director.

Welke is de beste monitor? De shimbol of de blackmagic? Voor recording video's? En wat ik nu begrijp, is dat het niet in 4k opgenomen wordt?
The blackmagic video assist, 100% this is just a hd clip, nothing more than like a proxy size. So for professional use, definitely the blackmagic :)
With that said tho, I like the Shimbol monitor better in build quality, colors and usability, if not needing to record:)
