    Hi Nick, I been out of FPV for nearly 2 years for various reasons but I always used to watch your channel, just wanted to say you were always a fast flyer to me but after not watching for so long... wow really fast and so enjoyable to watch with so many more tricks in your flights. In short I love it, really looking forward to getting back into the hobby. So glad I kept all of my gear.

      Just looked at these and 1.7 grams(before possibly being cut to length) isn't terrible for the convenience! I have run into issues with the strap or it's hairs interfering with the flight controller. Normally this would just mean 4 spacers but with today's HD VTXs the stacks are getting a bit tall for my taste, though Fractal has found a way to keep his low with no props ❤

    Yes! More 2" 2s! I wish they used four screws on the motors though - I find those tiny screws on the three screw motors are easily damaged or lost.
    I must confess though, I picked up a Nexa 2.5 based on your review and, after some adjustment to get used to the 3s POWER in my small yard, my 2" 2s quads are now having some rest time in a drawer.

    Only reason they used the HQ51mms is that they got them for 0.02 per prop. Gemfan 2015 or even the 2008 would work significantly better in this build.
    The frame to me is a RacerX and it always will be, but I’m not super long into FPV.
    I use washers for the M1.4 screws for the camera and motors and they don’t come out or move. 100% recommend doing this.

      GF 2015 props are best for these 1002 or 1102 motors.
      The new GF 2008 are basically very similar to the HQ 51mmx3. Hold them side by side and blade pitch Looks the same. The gemfan 2008 are thinner and more fragile than the HQ. Both bend and break. The 2015 is the only good prop.
      Talking props, the gemfan 3630 are awesome 👌
      Not really for sub250 builds, but fast and durable on 2005 motors. 180kph no problem

      @@lemonsquareFPV do you know if there are any new 4" props coming out? Iflight has the new F4X with new HQ 4x3x3 props. I'm not sure if they are basically the same as the old hq 4x3x3 , but with the new grey PC plastic.
      The only good 5mm mount 4" props are the emax 4024.
      We need a 4" prop similar to the 3630 scaled up.

      @@chrisbee5481 there is yes.
      Most development is in the sub 5” sizes between 4.5 and the 4.8 + 4.9 that were released not too long ago.
      5” is too big of a prop for proper freestyle on a lighter no GoPro build 4.6 is my favourite BY FAR! 4.7 from last year was good but dropping to 4.6 just made a literally perfect flying freestyle quad.
      4” wise I already love and daily the GF4023 and HQ4x2.5 + bi-blade version, and see no reason for anything new… looks like you want a more durable prop… use the older 4” props the HQ DP and Gemfan WindDancer. But honestly just run properly engineered modern props and change them 😜 I AM open to suggestion though, how would you change the props?
      I dislike the way all Emax props feel in the air 😜 but they ARE great for beginners… heavy and linear. Spool is WAY too slow on heavy props and I just can’t for my style of flight. They are good for heavy or cruising, but I am the opposite of those things 😜

      eating when hungry, rather than time is likely a healthier way to fuel.

    • @KOrnhOliO1
      @KOrnhOliO1 Год назад

      Eating an only meal for dinner is not what most will recommend. For one, the brain needs protein when you wake up after sleeping all night. Your body functions better when you eat breakfast. Remember the ole saying "Breakfast is your most important meal"? Yup, that's why! Lol
      It's not healthy to go to bed with a full stomach. IMO, the best way to go about eating less is to eat a good breakfast so you have something in you to carry on about your day. Then, maybe a snack for lunch if you feel hungry...an apple or other fruit would be perfect. Then, eat an early dinner. Add a good walk after dinner to help digest your dinner and work off some of it. By bedtime, you'll probably not feel so full. Eating late dinners, big dinners, or dinners with later late night snacks actually promotes weight gain because you have all of that food in your stomach when you are typically the least active... Nighttime TV watching or relaxing, then going to bed with all that food still in your stomach.
      Anyway, my wife is really into nutrition and late night eating or eating your only meal for dinner isn't the best idea. Probably will sleep better without all that food in your stomach, too. 😉👍

    • @NickBurnsFPV
      @NickBurnsFPV  Год назад

      I suspect for those of us with a tendency to put on weight it’s something we have to be aware of. Rather than it being a diet, a new way of living. After we have achieved our desired weight we can bring the calories back up some slowly while monitoring the weight to find a new maintenance way of eating. The exercise is good for our health but doesn’t burn as many calories as we might think. For me I have found it better to be more mindful of the food intake than being excessively ridge on an exercise routine. I have experienced weight ups and downs. I find travel to be the most challenging and scale disappointing.
