To prepare Carbonara:
Spaghetti - 200 grams
Smoked carbonade - 150 grams
Egg yolk - 3 pieces
Parsley - 30 grams
Cheese - 100 grams
Fresh ground pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste
Sunflower oil
Butter
Water
1. Cut the carbonade into cubes, grate the cheese, chop the parsley.
