Mark, maybe you can help me out: I love to deadlift and to skwaaat and I can already handle some weight (like 230 bench, 250 squat, 310 dead - without belt and straps), but I use to have some pain in my lower back after squats and deadlift. I'm sure the technique is alright. I've talked to some doctors but they can't really help me. Do you have any idea? Maybe your experience can help me at this point. Thank you very much! +deadliftjoe Are those numbers kg? Lower back pain can be caused by a lot of things: ab and lower back weakness, tight hamstrings, muscle imbalances around the hips, office type work. If the pain is delayed it's probably just DOMS, so try remedial massage a few times per week.
deadliftjoe Then I would definitely put it down to the body adjusting to lifting heavier. The best thing to do is get a foam roller and use it daily. Just keep lifting and you'll get used to/won't notice the soreness anymore.

Yeah, there are no natty bb'ers. If you can't do a 6 to 12 week cut diet without looking like a skeleton at the end most of your size is water and bloat anyway. Try carb/calorie cycling and build some actual muscle first.

You are only 17. Using a relatively untested drug you buy from the internet is probably not the best option. When you cut you should focus on lifting heavy to retain muscle and if you do cardio it should be low intensity. A lot of people will cut calories, do high reps, HIIT cardio and wonder why they have lost muscle. Let the low calories and low carbs drop the fat and focus on retaining size and strength in the gym. You can always cycle: 6 weeks cut, 4 weeks maintenance calories.
