Good Morning
Time depends on the capacity of the sump tank/bore pump. If the decent capacity pump is used then the overall process takes around 20 to 25 min.
But you can't use a more capacity pump also, because it may throw resin into the overhead tank.

Not measured this exactly. I have 1 HP Texmo sump tank pump, could take 10-15 min l guess to fill 1k liters.

Actually the regeneration in my house is done by the maintainence guy, he always make us turn onn the water pump before he starts and tells to turn off after it's done
Can you please explain why is that?

The water pump must be ON throughout this process. You can do it yourselves for your house. Go through this video a few more times if you need it. You will master it within 2-3 attempts.

Can you explain why in both process Rinse and Regeneration the system still using the pump but the flow rate of the regeneration is much lower than the rinse as can be seen in the video?
Also I see that the water coming from the height, is there any pump up there while on those processes?
Why bypass valve needs to be opened everytime the mpv mode is changed?

If you don't have bypass value, while changing one mode to another mode, water pressure may build inside which could damage your setup. Bypass valve won't allow this to happen.

After the most recent regeneration, I noticed that that the output from water softener has slowed down. As a result, overhead tank is filling up very slowly and motor is running for too long. Have you faced any such issue where output from water softener is slowing down considerably?
Could it be due to air block or some kind of block inside the water softener?
Is there a way to clean up or perform maintenance to improve the flow of water through the water softener?

As per the ISO standard
For RO water allowed max acceptable TDS is 80 PPM
For Borewell water allowed max acceptable TDS limit 500PPM
I think your borewell water TDS is under the limit.

How much hardness you have in your bore water? It depends on your water hardness level.

Hardness is bit higher side. I feel you need close to 10kg salt. This will increase regeneration time since you need to use close to 50 liters of water (for 10kg salt).
Also 50 liter softener is bit smaller I feel. For this hardness you need to perform two regeneration cycles per month. (Again depends on how much water you use per day)

Salt tank size ?
Could be 50 or 75 liters. Sufficient for dissolving 10-12 kg of salt in the water.
