@@darshanshetty334 ok sir, check your salt suction tube if there is any clogging in suction strainer or tube one reason. other reason is may clogging in bottom strainer in water softener inside the pipe check with you near anybody water softener service person assist them Thank You
filter have no regerantion option only comes with water softener may be suction strainer clogged clean it and internal filter also needs to clean after cleaned will suction getting fine Thank You

bypass valve always closed position then only water goes into water softener otherwise water goes to tank untreated water...
If salt water not sucking fastly , salt stainer remove also
Wash and fix suction tube will work good otherwise clean internal strainers within water softener
