Wooooow! I just stumbled in your channel this afternoon and I am binge watching your videos until now! I ended up getting your e-book! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! It's very helpful for someone like me who's new in the world of chocolates and strawberries! All those comments are right! You're the Michaelangelo of chocolate covered strawberries! Here's to more success! Wish me luck!
Bellisimo tu trabajo muchas gracias por compartir tu conocimiento!!... Una pregunta como hago para que el chocolate obscuro no oxide o se le hagan flores?
Hi Teneta, It's a good question. Every bouquet or arrangement is different and some require less packaging then others. As you may well know, you have to be super careful so the packaging doesn't touch the strawberries which is easier said then done. In saying this, there is still an effective way to box them so they are protected from the elements, insects and the likes and the strawberries won't be damaged. I will certainly consider adding this to a video in the near future :)
I made 3 tins of chocolate strawberries on skewers and it was very challenging transporting them to the party. Any recommendations on how not to have them bounce around in the car and ruin all the work?
There are a lot of ways this can be done but one way I highly recommend is to have a second person with you when delivering. This person can nurse the arrangement to help reduce movement from bumps and the risk of it falling over. In your case where you have several arrangements, use a collapsable crate, baking tray or shallow box to put arrangements in. Tissue paper or towel can be carefully placed in the gaps around the base of each arrangement to prevent movement and bumping in to each other. When travelling have your helper drive whilst you nurse the arrangements on your lap. I hope this helps :)
Hello. I would like to make that same chocolate mix that you make from 50% Callebaut brand dark chocolate. My question, what would be the other brand that you used for the other 50%? Thank you very much waiting for your answer.
You have finally convinced me to make them how do I ship them and make sure the chocolate doesn't melt on me, it's frying hot here. freeze it?? refrigerate it??? pack it with ice???
Hi Enitan, thats awesome news!! 😁 Prior to transporting keep them refrigerated. If excessively hot its best to store them in an esky with ice pack/s. Best of luck 👍
Hello, I'm a RUclips follower. I wanted to ask you a question for the 50, 50 of Callebaut brand dark chocolate, what brand can I use for the other 50? I live in USA Florida. Thank you and I will be waiting for your answer.

When you make an bouquet/arrangement how do you package it for delivery? Will you please do a video?

You always use nice boxes ..where do you purchase your boxes I looked in your shop.
Hi Lakeeba, most of my boxes for the videos I make myself (cut to size using other boxes) and cover them with gift wrap 😉
So pretty!!!! Thanks 🙏
Thank you! Cheers!

Hi Jenny, I would recommend using merckens or any other compound that tastes ok and has good setting qualities when used on its own 😉
@@PipeIt Thank you for responding.
Could you kindly tell me what kind of ribbon you used that sticker to the stick?❤️
Hi Mary you'll find the link for the gold floral tape in the video description 😉

Hello
Wow Beautiful work 😍😍😍😍
One question how long in microwave and what kind of chocolate do you use so that it has that texture to cover the strawberries?
Hi Maureen,
Thanks! Check out my video on "how to melt chocolate", it explains how to get your chocolate like this and what types to use. Cheers 🙂
@@PipeIt thanks
Another amazing bouquet! Where do I find the pearls beads and the other toppings? Thank you
Hi Lourdes,
I'll add the links in the video description for the toppings 🙂
@@PipeIt thank you so much Kerrie!
Where did you get the boxes from?
What about the box that the strawberries went in
Love it can’t wait to try… where do you get the boxes
Hi Laura I used random boxes, cut them to size then covered with gift wrap so they're all themed the same 😉
@@PipeIt requesting a video on this !
One suggestion: cover the top of the box with paper to hide the green foam. This was it will still look nice after the bouquet is finished.
Not a bad idea, thanks for your feedback 🙂
