The Hayden as the Force Ghost was so weird. I grew up with the Prequels, but the Force Ghost should've been Sebastian Shaw. Heck, if they changed Shaw, it always bugged me that they didn't change Guiness to Ewan
For that price it should've come with the bridge and a Sebastian Shaw head. It never made sense how Lucas changed it so Anakin de-aged in death but Obi Wan stayed old.🤔
It makes easy sense if you think about it carefully, anakin was 45 when he died that’s not very old, had anakin not been burnt he would have still looked near the same as he did in revenge of the sith, look at Hayden Christiansen today, he’s 43 this year and has barley aged that much, he has obviously aged a little but not to the point of looking like an old man in his late 70s which is how old Sebastian was at the time of 1983 where as Obi wan died at 57 and from that age some people do end up looking older, not always with everyone, age just sometimes affects people differently But I will say also that I understand for nostalgia reasons why people would have wanted a Sebastian shaw head as well, if they had done both then that would have been cool
Hello Mike thanks for sharing your thoughts on these new Jedi Ghosts figures. I myself never collected the Ghost Obi-Wan or Ghost Yoda figures when they were originally released. I didn't have any interest in having them in my collection honestly, and I still don't. These figures are an easy pass for me, especially at this price. I want to say thank you for putting this video together for us and I'm glad you have a good friend to 3D print the bridge accessory for you. Great review Mike! We are going to pass on this set. $78 + tax + shipping will put this set close to $100. That is pretty ridiculous for 2 1/4 figures. If this set came with the bridge, it would have greatly improved this set and maybe made it felt worth the price.

I completely agree that your 3D printed bridge elevates the set. The diorama piece definitely sells the figures. Now you need to get your talented friends to 3D print and paint a Force Spirit Sebastian Shaw head for your Anakin.
For the robes, it’s not a perfect fix by any means, but I used some custom wired capes I had lying around from OT Customs. They sit much better on the figures. Only issue is that it doesn’t exactly sit well with other parts of the figures being translucent. I wonder if some of the custom soft goods people will make something in the near future.
I only want the Anakin, and I don’t even really like it. I can’t pay the Canadian exchange plus shipping for one out of three figures. It’s the same reason I didn’t get the two pack of Ralph McQuarrie Obi Wan vs Vader (except I actually really like that Vader).

I was so on the fence with this set. Thanks again to your powers of hidden persuasion, I'm jumping in on this. I don't have a 3D printer so I can't print the bridge out. I'm gonna have to make like Anakin and cut some limbs off of trees to make a bridge. Trees are givers. Old Obi-Wan will go on the empire shelf and old Yoda will go on the sequel trilogy shelf and then there will be peace.
They need to release just anakin, definitely not paying full price just for him. Yoda in packaging looks ridiculous and I doubt these will have a huge resale value for the future.
I love the set. I love it more having the bridge. The bridge is an absolute game changer. The figures could be better of course but then it wouldn't be cheaper. Love the video, love the content. Your video's are everything you need in a figure review. The side dish of humor you bring adds a lot to the table. Looking forward to more.
it's £20 extra than it should be, it really should've included some kind of diorama piece so it would be more worth it. not 100% worth it, just more so

Just go and replace Sir Alec head too… alternate heads so you can pick your ghost. I like the proper size for Yoda.
