Three hurricanes in thirteen months. I am surprised that they still want to live there. But good luck on rebuilding. Possibly another one forming in the Caribbean could get there in a couple of weeks.

They should chill before they do any cleanup because there could possibly be another hurricane next week. Just relax and enjoy the weather for a few days

Stop rebuilding in obviously unsafe areas. Clean up the debris and turn it all into a national park.

@@lindapindabelinda3570 You do realize that a lot of that is private property, right? The state could buy them out, maybe, if it wanted to.

ByGod me for one with generations of family buried here. A hurricane is an element of nature and if you live thru it to hell with the material things.

I've lived here my whole life and there's plenty of us who will stay. Are you ignorant people saying the same thing to everybody up north who's towns have been wiped out by the flooding from this storm? How about the people who's towns get destroyed by tornadoes? Wildfires? What about the people in Louisiana/Texas who get hit by hurricanes? You act like Florida is the only place who has natural disasters. When in reality it is a small percentage. Most people inland like myself who have been here 43 years and through dozens of hurricanes never actually see devastation on this scale. Grow up.

Aaaaannnnddd there it is. You people just have to make everything political and divisive as possible. You can’t just have compassion and empathy for others. Then wonder why the rest of us don’t even want to deal with ya’ll anymore. You’re exhausting. And we’re tired of it.
