    Hello Jimmy,really love your videos. I want to try to incorporate as any exercises on your channel in my daily routine.Would you be able to give advice on how long it can take notice changes and when i stip to the results go as well.Apart from that if am consistent what can I expect 3-4 months after?

      I'm afraid it's how long's a piece of string. Some of the exercises will produce an instant result and some will take longer to bed in. It's really about being aware of the changes they're making and the affect they have over others. Hope that helps...

      Thank very much, you for the response. I will now be mindful if the changes are instant or not. I will erase the thought of expecting results after a specific period of time. Doc I've watched and read a lot, the debatable question is, how possible is it for a permanent effect from the exercises.
