those ladies are some of the calmest, slowest, most non-chalant people that I have ever heard on a 911 call. Where is the urgency?? So glad the lady wasn't bleeding out all over the sidewalk!

I was a Deputy for 27 years. I loved our 911 operators. They are nothing like this call center.
They get the info super-fast. No "repeat the address for verification." My God. It should take 2 minutes max to get the info.
They are brutally slow. No Joke.

It's a shame this happened. I was at the show the night before and got to hang out with Rick last year. Rick is one of the best guys in the world and a real down to Earth person. Terrible that this happened in my home state.
