Thanks for the video! I really liked seeing the black DMG and Robocop for the Gameboy! That boxed Dreamcast controller was neat too. Love seeing all of your unique finds, especially the Gameboy stuff.
You got some great stuff. Makes me miss going out to thrift shops and flea markets to get some retro games/consoles. The Game Boy and Nintendo Power issues are dope! Keep scoring these deals...you're killing it!
Everyone else in the area caught on and it became harder to hunt for retro games. Prices also went up because people automatically assumed that since it’s an old game it’s worth something. Super frustrating.
Haha they are available but you have to be very quick! I met up with the seller about an hour after he posted and he told me he had about 40 messages and backdoor attempts in the time it took me to drive there. For every game hunter like me, there are 10 more who claim that there are no deals to be found. Gotta manifest those deals, baby!!
@@karenharvey7197 lol you will have the highest chance of finding that super rare game Barbie Groom and Glam Pups on 3DS. I believe it was a French Canadian exclusive release!
Love your channel and What Finds!! YOU FIND the best stuff. I stopped at a local pawn shop that doesn't deal in games anymore and he gave me 12 games ( ps3, xbox 360, xbox) and one sealed blueray for free. Went to my local game stop with a $5.00 coupon and got a $10.00 3ds game for free. Finally, i went to our local video game store and got Phantasy Star Online on the Dreamcast and DBZ Saga on game cube with store credit. I spent 0. Now that was a good day.
Your love for video game collecting is entertaining and informative but is highly infectious. Meanwhile, Happy New Year in advance. May 2023 leave you with even more video game finds.
Sweet score it reminds me when. I found all those and Nintendo power magazines. About three boxes of them?. A guy working at the barbershop gave them to me. They belong to his son, his son said get rid of them?. And his dad said no somebody might want them?. They're about a nine out of a ten condition?. They're still in my room safely tucked away later.
I'm on 4:53 into this and I can already feel the excitement of the hunt, Sonja. A couple things occurred to me as I watched this. Where and how will you be displaying all of this? Are you working on a game room? Also I was wondering about that big arse watch of yours. I remember a very long time ago you used to have one that I think looked like windows blinds and or had dots that would light up to tell the time. That might be interesting to do a video on...unless its a fitbit..which made me wonder if you still were as into Apple and MacBook and Iphones as you were when you were younger?

@@StephsTooDef ah yes, same here. But deals can definitely still be found 😈
You must live in a different dimension than I do where retro games are ready for purchase. I'm still amazed at your luck. Keep it up.
We need to move to Canada

I'm interested in the watch too
I'm wearing an Apple Watch 40mm! And yes, I am still trapped in the Apple ecosystem :')
@@karenharvey7197 It's an Apple watch!
