Heh. Oh, boy. Poor purple monster. I guess this is to remind ourselves that we need to limit ourselves to be on our phones and then taking a break from it.

Haha, Thats just the surface level. It’s way more if you look for it. It’s about slowing down, getting rest and not being distracted so you can be your best self.
