    Coach, some feedback on Juji Club, you should have timestamps on the videos so we can easily jump to specific points when rewatching. Otherwise, amazing stuff!

    This is a great stretch for non-juji people too. Sitting down all day is so bad for the hip flexor. Ty Coach!

    Thank you very much, I've injured my knee more than once and this seems like it will be very helpful for recovery.

    That stuff should be part of every BJJ class. People tend to be lazy with it, I was. Took me a knee surgery to figure out the importance. People shouldn't need to go through injury to learn this.

    Sheikh I ask for your advice on one subject:
    A video possibly for the basic mobility / stretches to be done universally by every BJJ student so that they can train for life! Reducing the risk of injury.
    بارك الله فيك حبيبي!

    awesome stretch. Would you have any ones that are as good for internal rotation too? I have some range missing from one side which is missing from the external rotation of the other. If you have any tips or knowledge about that I'd really appreciate it Coach Zahabi.

    The stretch is good, I often injure the muscle on the outside of my hip (the muscle that lifts my leg to the side of my body), when rolling with a bigger opponent who puts a large amount of pressure on my guard. I can see that part of the problem is my flexibility.

    I've been doing knee exercises after work, before training. Is that good or should I prioritize doing them after?
    I'm not sure if your comment on after training cardio includes the knee stability or if it should be its own separate training.

    • @CoachZahabi
      @CoachZahabi  Год назад +1

      Yes definitely does these only after training. Your legs will temporarily be less stable. Also after practice your are well warmed up.
