The most unrealistic thing about this game is the fact you can see ANYTHING while swimming underwater in the Amsterdam canals.
I mean the waters of Amsterdam seem sparkling clear to me. I've swam without goggles in my college pool pretty fine.

China makes an unlicensed version of the M16A1 called the Norinco CQ, which is frequently sold by Norinco as a cheap AR platform rifle, particularly to nations that don't have access to AR rifles.
