Awesome video. I'm curious, I've been looking for the style of hat Jack Nicholson wore in the movie "Ride the Whirlwind" Maybe i could find the right kind of hat to shape it that way or see if someone had it somewhere or maybe custom make it for me. Thanks
I’m not sure with that one. Haven’t seen the movie, but find a hat with the right color and size, and warm, wet heat will get you where you need to be!
I agree. I only wear fur felt for the reason of quality and they’re far less warm. Wool is just very course and they act as big solar panels if it over 80°F!
How do you go from crown to brim ? .. to lengthen the crown you get wrinkles in the brim... to shorten it you'd need to stretch the brim ; which don't exspand much ... It's like the cones made , it is what it is

Great job! Looks good but I myself do not like wool hats. And, they are not that much less expensive than entry level fur felt hats.
