Hello Mizi .....I wanted to thank you so much .... finding ur channel 4 months back was like finding miracle for me .... because I was over weight, delivered a baby 6 months back , had two C- section surgery for in past , had knee injury ,one toddler.,one small baby to take care of.... I was depressed about myself , I thought I can not reshape my body with above issues ....then one day, I found you ❤.... Your workouts are so good , knee friendly, standing abs exercises without push up and all, ..... I was able to do them without hurting my knees and post operative abs .... since then I lost 11 kgs in 4 mnth , gain my confidence, out of depression, with positive self image .... Im in love with you .... thank you so much for making such amazing work out and making my life and me beautiful again .... 💓
