I mean.. It isn't made for older fans. It was made to get kids into Star Wars. Older fans are aging and getting phased out for a new crop, or just dropping Star Wars due to the new direction. What it needs is either a hard reboot, or to just skip ahead in the timeline to tell new stories with fresh characters.
You're right. I'm definitely not the intended audience for this. That's why I'm looking forward to Andor Season 2 so much. That's the type of Star Wars content I want.
@@chrisjherman Disney still hasn't learned it's footing with Star Wars, for some reason. Andor isn't and will never be for me, except the more adult content in it with darker themes can be done better and for an older audience. Skeleton Crew can definitely be there in the vein of bringing in a younger audience. As long as they don't mix the two, they can have content like Skeleton Crew and that preschool Star Wars show all running beside shows like Andor. They just haven't done it right. For some reason they insist on putting people in charge who haven't seen or understand the material.
Can we for the love of god get a Star Wars movie about the machinations of the Sith simply called "Sith" - A film or game of throne esque tv show about the rise of the Sith? If you really want to go crazy you can have a second move or tv show about the Jedi called "Jedi" Which would ultimately culminate with, you guessed it, "The Sith War"
@@chrisjherman The interesting thing is-if you really look at it-young people by and large don’t really care about Star Wars-or watching TV series (they’re mostly into social media). It begs the question: if not for us, then for whom are these shows for?
MJs little creature! Lol
very spielbergian. bit weird seeing a US looking town in star wars, but this looks like a fun adventure movie for the kids.
Agreed, feels like a suburban 80s movie in Star Wars. It's just so odd.
It’s like guardians of the galaxy
It reminds me more of Goonies or something like E.T.
Suburban Coruscant
Oh, that's brilliant! Great way to describe that planet 😂
🤯 Captain EO characters🥲luv that ride.but I think this is the same kind of plot from Star Trek Prodigy animated series ? 🤔

I wish them the best of luck. Kid shows aren't my thing
Andor was excellent, agreed.
Great insight... -_-
@@Planag7 Thanks! 🥰
I can't wait for Season 2!

The original Star Wars fans are being aged out. We’re too old for this shit.
It certainly feels that way. As I said before, the only thing I'm looking forward to is Andor Season 2.

It’s a nope for me.
Yup, not feeling it either. I'll certainly review it for the channel though.
