    Official Anabolic Aliens video of: Bodyweight Abs & Obliques Workout At Home to Get A Ripped Core!
    Get ready for an intense bodyweight home abs and obliques workout, no equipment is needed! The only extra object you'll need is an elevated surface to use like a bench, couch, chair, end of the bed or whatever works best for you at home. This routine is performed in a round format meaning you're working exercise to exercise and once you finish all 6 exercises, then you're down with 1 full round. For each exercise, perform 15 repetitions. If it's a unilateral exercise, then you do 15 reps per side. Rest between each exercise for 30 seconds. You can use this workout as a 1-round finisher at the end of your core day or you can do multiple rounds to maximize volume for a full ab and oblique workout at home. If you're doing multiple rounds, try 3-4 rounds and rest 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level. There is also a rep counter and rest timer included in the video so you can follow right along. This bodyweight abs and obliques workout will help you build your core muscles right at home.     Guys listen, when i was a beginner at bodybuilding i used to do this mans body weight workout but in my head i was like "wtf is this man doing" after 4 years i gained a respectable amount of knowledge and i guarantee that this guy know what he's doing, much love brother 🙏

      Yup this guys incredibly underrated 😂 pumping the blood to an and and HeartRate up it’s crazy hard to finish these without resting . Always ways to improve and you can add light weights to keep it going. this guys the best

    Anabolic aliens btw love your videos been following them for a month now but I want to ask can you please make full muscle building routines like 20 minute bicep workout for example or 20 minute calfs etc.
