Thanks John for the feedback, 2020 was an exceptionally difficult year to film given all the restrictions that were in place. Onion TV did a fantastic job with what they had available and the decision was made that shorter episodes may be better this Season. We will certainly take this feedback on board though!
@@RugbyPass Ah, it's grand. I appreciate that they're able to provide content at all 👍. Even coaching my players last year was an enormous task that required an awful lot of creativity as we could only train outdoors.
Good question - despite the lack of lockdown in Queensland, the early games were still heavily crowd restricted. Even to the point where we couldn't attend the games until later in the season. We ended up with only 3 full episodes which we broke into mini-episodes in order to stretch it out a bit. We will return to full episodes if you guys prefer that. Sometimes content is well received in short duration, other times it isn't. We're trying it out this time but will revert if the audience prefers longer duration.
There's definitely alot of skill and talent in a big school like grey too not all of them a roid junkies there's a difference between a good rugby team and a "less good" rugby team
Haha. Rugbypass are all over the world....but we (Onion TV) are Brisbane based. At the moment, we are one of the only states/provinces in the world that has been almost lockdown-free so we are lucky to be able to film. It might mean you get Queensland teams for the next 12 months or so. But we figured it's better than no teams. Hope you enjoy!
I wish these were longer. I get where Onion are coming from though with regard to the lack of content they have at the moment.

@@RugbyPass i wouldn't call 6/7 minutes of actual stuff an episode

@@OnionTelevision I prefer these short vids coz I'm more interested in the rugby games than the process.
@@OnionTelevision the longer episodes are much more enjoyable
@@OnionTelevision defo prefer the longer episodes, these don’t feel as much like a storyline / documentary
Thanks for the behind the scenes! the boys worked hard!

Play Grey College in South Africa if you want to test yourselves.
Cant really test against SA school kids who are 18 turning 19 and are on steroids. Seen it and heard it so don't tell me it's not true.
