The only thing annoying about this controller is getting retroarch to recognize it on steam deck. Keep having to turn steam inputs off and on again. Wish it was direct Bluetooth rather than the usb receiver
I have the Saffun SNES controllers. They're the best 3rd party controllers I've ever used, period. The N64 one looks just as good. I'll bet they got a hold of the Nintendo molds and plastic recipe because it feels like the real thing.
I wonder. Would you be able to switch the n64 control stick with a Gamecube one?
I'm using that controller to play Minecraft and GTA 5 and it's better than PlayStation 5 no cap

Oh it's on Amazon! I got the 2 pack one, you can just search Saffun N64 controllers and it should come up. They are very similar for sure, but the joystick on the official one just feels a little nicer

Yeah it's about $35 per controller, much cheaper than the official one. They are good for spares if you have people over. Was playing mario party with 4 and it was perfectly fine

It's definitely nicer! Not having a USB dongle and being able to turn on the switch make it worth it for me. The other amazon controllers are good to have as extras tho, my friends and I were having a blast playing mario party 😆
