Apologies once again about the shaky camera. The pistol grip I was using had the tiniest bit of play and caused havoc - thankfully after 7 minutes this all stops as I replaced it with a gimbal. Makes the world of the difference!
Great to see one of these being restored. It's a good job they're worth some money now. I dread to think what the Labour costs would be normally. Mine's getting tucked up for the winter now with dreams of new suspension.
Nice work. I’d personally get rid of the cf3 manifolds as the are known to be restrictive and produce a lot of heat in the engine bay which can cause the ecu to fail prematurely. Get some cf2 or wizard manifolds. Keeping the mid cats and it’s still mot friendly.
Great update. Just wondering if the Novitec kit is equivalent to KW V1 or made by them? Autolusso used to recommend Pro Street S coilovers (also made by KW but use Eibach’s own springs).
From speaking with the team at Autolusso, the Novitec kit is near enough identical to KW V1’s. I’m not 100% certain but I wonder if it’s the same kit with a different badge stamped on it. I guess the proof will be in the driving!

Fantastic Family Brooks, lovely work on a lovely Alfa (... sorry, only just found your channel, so a bit late catching up on the GTA)
Really great restoration, sure you’ll make a great car in the end

Thanks for the advice. Certainly something to consider before everything goes back together!

Are you planning to keep it or sell once it’s finished ??
Not 100% sure yet to be honest. I'd like to keep it for a little while if I can and take it to some car shows, but let's see nearer the time.
