Today me and my cousin went through the whole airport, (Rental Car Facility, Terminals 1 & 2, Parking Garage, and Concourses C, D, F, and G). (Concourse E was closed.)
It's a fun way to kill time.
Concourse E has been torn down
This was a great airport. Now it is a wreck.
It's much tougher to negotiate than the old design for sure.

Awesome video! It gave me a great estimate of the time it will take to walk each concourse. Is walking the only way to get from one concourse to the next or is there a underground shuttle? I have a one hour layover and need to make a plan!
There aren't any shuttles. However, there are carts that you can connect with.
Don't worry, in 10 years the new terminals will be the old terminals as they tear them down because they realize that they were ill conceived, illogically laid out and a complete waste of money, not to mention nobody wants to walk 1/2-1 miles to their gates.
The whole process will repeat itself in less than 10 years.

The new SLC airport opened a few months ago, so this video is no good.
