- Assassin is probably the most unique class to play in legends because of how its class abilities interact with core gameplay mechanics.
In this video I go over some of my favorite and highly effective techniques and strategies that can bring out insane damage output and trivialize some of the more challenging aspects/modes of the game when played correctly. A lot of these apply to all builds and play styles so there’s a bit of everything for everyone.
A good number I’ve come up with over the years, and some I just recently learned from others (shoutout to Erikooh for sharing the weightless spirit/grass interaction). I excluded popular techs such as reload cancel, MMC in vanish, orb cancel to avoid redundancy as they are already well known.
Some mechanics such as edge of zone, stacking fire on stuns to extend stun duration, are applicable to other classes as well. Since I mainly play assassin I discussed them from that perspective. Игры
Thank you. There are very few videos on RUclips that would explain the tricks, nuances, tactics, and own developments. Keep it up, I'll be watching your videos. I would like to see your builds at the end, or your favorite builds.
The fact that burning effect extends the stagger duration was new to me. I don’t know how I haven’t noticed this, nice find. Already switched pb to bb. Keep passing the knowledge 👊🏻
@@zeke_fin1080 it’s pretty handy! Can safely kill oni lords from full health if you flash, apply fire, deplete the stagger bar (new instance of stun) and add more fire.
Amazing video bro! I never really got into assassin for some reason because his techs never seemed that appealing but I'm definitely gonna have to play that class some more after watching this! Would be really cool to see all the hidden techs for every class
@@smartheatwaveup765 there’s a lot of tiny details with assassin, even more so than other classes. It’s so much fun to play and is the reason why I’ve been playing the game for this long. Always new things to do and enjoy!
Loved this video, Dread! I hope that more people can enjoy Assassin and learn all of the flashy, fun and effective tricks it has to offer after watching this :)
Map guides would be super cool, by the way - anything you've the time to put together is amazing! Having the info out there, making this stuff accessible and intelligible, is truly cultured 😎
@@Wolfhawk101 map guides would be great too. I have a few things on the way and can add those to the list. Should be simple enough to do.
Thanks for the feedback!
In all truth I’m still having tones of fun with the resolve who’re build 60%. Just ultimate thru the entire waves. So much fun
@@SICKSINCE best part about assassin is you can build pretty much however you like and still shred. Glad you’re enjoying 💪🏾
Really useful man, keep doing this kind of thing 🙌🏻👍🏻
@@IIkensi thanks a lot I certainly will!
Great vid 👍🏿 as an assassin main i am definitely going to try these techs out
Awesome I’m glad you’re finding this helpful 💪🏾
I played a game using some of these techs and I literally carried my team thanks again ❤
@@jacobboaheng9431awesome! Very simple things to implement that can make a big difference.
This is great, would love to see one for the Ronin class.
Actually just realised that all your videos are assassin lol.
@@WildDanHibikironin doesn’t have too many unique tricks, but there are things you can do especially with flash and fire damage to stun, and playing edge if you’re rocking weightless spirit.
Other things that are important to note are spirit kunai specific but I may do something for that soon!
Take notes. Thanks bro.
You’re welcome!
This is gonna be good!
@@cyfour Thanks I appreciate the feedback! I’ll definitely consider doing more stuff like this.
Nice vidéo 🦁👍
Thank you 🙏🏾
Awesome video, I learned so much. Definitely want to play more assassin.
I have a question, sometimes when I finish an ult I can assassinate an enemy, do you know what causes that?
The stealth mechanic I touched on allows you to do that. It’s wonky though because if enemies detect you during/after ult you don’t get the prompt.
Considering how inconsistent and risky it can be I don’t use personally but it can be handy when running deft hands.
@@draedboundgotcha, good to know
@@cyfour yup! Lmk if you have any more questions.
Do u need resolve gain % for the 2x ult ? I m trying it rn but can t rlly get it done 😢
No you don’t but it can help especially with the extra blast radius on sticky.
@@draedbound hmm idk if i m doing it wrong then cus i m only getting like 1 / 4 of my resolve. Can u explain it again for dummys ? Lol
@@emrecifci3985 yeah so let the enemies group up (at zone or at spawn with smoke) and throw two flash or sticky with 2-3 concussions and ulting. If you have resolve gain it’s easier to do for sure.
@@emrecifci3985here’s a run where I do the double ult several times without extra resolve gain for reference - ruclips.net/video/wlaXiSX4wfA/видео.htmlsi=8e3X5RfOJG8mssQy
Build is at the end of the video.
