    Bs what about the man who is used to being cooked for and the house being cleaned will a woman provide those services when they divorce if the argument is I need to maintain the standard I had in marriage

    Why other cases end up in high court is it because of the complexity of the case?

      If the case was decided , but there's a party or parties that are not satisfied by the decision of anyone of the lower courts, then these parties can appeal in the high court, are you answered??, btw I'm a law student.

    Very educational but I think the discussion is one sided. What about instances where the woman is the one that wants to divorce?
