  • Alan Wright, the inventor, invites you to see amazing 'intelligent physics' 10 years after Dragons Den. With worldwide sales in excess of £3 Million, this pump which creates the same effect as pumps 20 times bigger, was sold all over the world. Sold for showers in New Zealand , water supply in Africa, water coolers in the Caribbean, pumping Polish Pilsners, and much much more. See and hear about the 'Pressure Enhancing Device' better known as the ShowerPowerBooster - not just for dribbly taps and showers. With applications in irrigation, horticulture, solar thermal, and rain water harvesting.

    Best wishes Alan from New Zealand!.
    I am one of those that saw the Dragon's Den video and got in touch. Very pleased I did.
    I'm on tankwater & the house is split levels on the edge of a steep hill. My options at the time were more pumps whirring away under floors & in walls. Until I found the Shower Power Booster.
    I've got an SPB2 for the upstairs shower, and just recently got an SPB for the kitchen..
    Well worth the investment.
    Thumbs up from me.
    Graeme

    Hi Alan, thanks for this presentation. I live in France, I've installed a low pressure sun boiler and today I fitted one pump for a shower on the other end of the house, with super result. I'm going to fit another one for my shower outside...it's amazing!

    What a great presentation and a wonderful person, the inventor Alan Wright. So refreshing to see a genuine person whose sole interest is to solve a problem for the benefit of those who need that solution. I have the double booster version on my hot water feed which I easily installed and it is great and performing perfectly it has been doing so for five years four years. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    I fitted the SP21S system after the vent pipe junction on the outlet from my ground floor vented gravity system tank to boost the pressure on the hot supply around the house. I also wanted to enable the fitting of a thermostatic Mira Atom shower upstairs (1m head/0.1 bar). I have to say, the fitting was straight forward, the shower performance is perfect and the personal support from Alan outstanding! I am over the moon and highly recommend the Shower Power Booster!

    Hi Alan I have just ordered the product & can't wait to install it. Ps with 3 Million Sales you really need to get some pros in to market it. as only a fluke I found out about it. Just look at your views on RUclips! If it works then is going to save me bonkers money . How comes screwfix don't sell it for starters. You should be sitting on a beach with your feet up & let a Pro get it to 10 Million easy!

    Hi Alan I've bought a few of your pumps for different jobs. They have worked very well indeed. Could you perhaps do a video dedicated solely to explaining more detail about how using two pumps in series will increase the pressure. Thank you. Tony Casey Dublin Ireland

    Hi Alan.
    I just moved to Spain from Scotland and my solar hot system system ( vacuum tube style ) can easily exceed 90⁰ in the summer.(50ish in Jan 🙂 if sunny )
    I just fitted a 2 bar Bristan single outlet booster pump that is rated to 65⁰. When it fails I will be buying your twin hot booster pumps.
    Need twin as mains cold (2.0 bar) and gravity fed hot (single story tank on flat roof )
    With no pump fitted the cold water would backflow hot water on shower mixer tap.
    Only feeding 2 hot taps and a mixer shower.
    Wish you all the success in the future.
    I agree with other poster you should be in Screwfix etc but until then I hope you will deliver to Europe !
    Greg

    Last question I promise - based on all my previous questions, how much more power would I get from my largish over head, rain shower head, with one of your pumps. At the moment I am getting, what can only be described as a natural gravity pressure - also if I doubled up on your pumps would it be POSSIBLE to get super or better pressure?

    Hi Alan, great presentation - you have answered a lot of my questions, but could I just ask would your pump work better if I add the pump closer to my affect shower, run by a combi boiler or does the distance not matter - my combi boiler is downstairs and my affected shower is upstairs ?

    Also are their regulation in the uk as to where the pump goes in relation to the electrical supply especially when isolating a shower supply in the bathroom ?

    • @alandwright2
      @alandwright2  Год назад

      Pump in the transformer outside the bathroom and use the low voltage cables we sell to take the power into the bathroom. It is 100% safe if you do it that way.

    Hi Alan. This pump works also in Cyprus?

    • @alandwright2
      @alandwright2  3 месяца назад

      They work in Cyprus. Your tanks in Cyprus are normally on the roof and therefore the cold pressure is normally better than in the Uk. A SP21S double boost on the hot only, is probably best.

    Hi Alan, I'm looking at installing one of these for a combi boiler on the hot side. Are there any negative effects on the boiler, by sucking water out of it? The flow in is great but I'm getting about a third of the flow coming out hot. Thanks

    • @alandwright2
      @alandwright2  Год назад +1

      Read this guide carefully but there are no negative effects. showerpowerbooster.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/FlowflexShowerManual_25_01_23-NEW.pdf

    If the pump was that high on the hot water pipe it would draw air through the vent pipe with this pump you would still need a Surrey flange to keep air out of pump.

    • @alandwright2
      @alandwright2  Год назад

      A normal pump might draw air from a vent pipe but the ShowerPowerBooster is designed not to pull in air. It never pulls in air, it never needs a Surrey flange.

    Am I right in saying the Negative head application only works on a manual switch and not on automatic?

    • @hashimmohamed6415
      @hashimmohamed6415 8 месяцев назад

      correct. the automatic one needs a flow of water to activate it. if you have negative head, then there is no flow of water to activate the automatic one. so you would have to use a manual one.
