Oh nice! Yeah it was interesting, just little bit too much for me in this concrete book. Thanks Shelly 🥰

American Baby was one of my favorites last year -- it was so fascinating to learn about the history. Glad you loved Beyond the Wand. It was fun to get a behind the scenes into Harry Potter!

You read some great books! I really like the idea of those ones set in Scotland. The memoir of Tom Felton sounds fascinating; we always wonder about kid actors who are propelled into stardom! I need to read American Baby too! X 😊📚

I hope you enjoyed the Ceilidh 😀 I am so pleased you enjoyed The Outrun. I have the book on my tbr shelves. I'm looking forward to picking it up at some point in the future. American Baby highlights the terrible treatment of women in history. Such a common issue that has happened in so many places and to too many women 😢Great wrap up.

Historical fiction still has history nonfiction in it and I do actually get confused on some of them! 😂 I adore Max Lucado.

Glad you got to some nonfiction in November, I didn't unfortunately. I had no idea Tom Felton had a memoir... thanks for that information. :D

Oh no, what a shame that Island of Dreams wasn’t great 🫤
The Outrun sounds fab! And what a pretty cover 😍
    I love Ben Fogle!!
I don’t usually get on with celebrity memoirs, but I’m really intrigued by the Tom Felton now!
I’m so glad you enjoyed American Baby - you’re right, it doesn’t read like NF at all. It made me feel really angry too.

Yeah I was quite disappointed but oh well. Outrun made up for it haha.
Yeees I literally binge watched whole season with Islands haha.
Tom Felton was really great surprise for me🥰

That Tom Felton book looks sooo good and I definitely want to read it. The tattooist of aushwitz is more non fiction than fiction so to me it counts
