No I did my forearm workout 1 hour before you posted this :-( I have elbow pain (had it for months now) and I do weights, not crazy heavy, but heavy enough) Any tips on how t orecover from that? I am afraid to do body-weight excercises because it hurts. Weights like dumbells, barbell work OK. I Can not fid the problem. I woul love to know a way to fix it. Should I just try further or take a break, which I do not want to do.
taking a break is usually the best option. Training around the injury (aka all other bodyparts) can work too. It could be many things, but the common thing is rest and making sure that you have good form on the exercises you do. From someone that has this problem every so often, resting the arm helps most for me. Until the pain goes away completely or it is so faint that you can slowly start using it again.

I'm not an expert but I think you need to visit a doctor and ask him what to do with it, probably something for inflammation
