I’ve been struggling to find the right pair. I wear my earbuds 8-10 hours a day. So the battery is an issue but the quick charge 10-15 minutes every 4 hours keeps me happy. Before these I used the sennheiser true wireless 2. Loved them for years. Then I got the tw3 and they only lasted a month before one died. Then I tried the Sony 1000xm4 they are decent except I listen to a lot of audiobooks and with the ANC on there was a constant bell sound in the left bud. So I got them replaced and sure enough it’s just the way they are. So I kept reading up on IEMs so then I went to Shure215 true wireless and they had no noise cancelling capability at all and I didn’t love the deafening Treble I had to turn them way up to cancel out noise and that in turn hurt my eardrums with the treble as I said. By then I had the knowledge to understand what makes good quality wireless headphones. So when I read the description for these golden x1 they check every box. My one suggestion is don’t update the firmware. It takes away options. It doesn’t add anything. It takes away your Ability to remove the voice assistant from the button layout.
The EQ shift from anc to transparent is obviously needed because if you keep the same amount of sound in your ears you won’t be able to hear your surroundings.

Glad to see so many bud sizes. I had a couple ear operations and my right ear canal is big while left is normal.
Another nice review Rich. Seems like these are trying to make some noise BUT they’re in a really tough price point with the competition out there. I’m just really happy to actually have so many options compared to few years ago

Turn on the ANC to hear the best of them.
It's unfortunate about that eq shift. As long as it has taken for the X1 to finally be released I would have thought any major issues to be resolved already. The good thing is it can be corrected with a firmware update as you mentioned. I also agree that they were a little overzealous in their pricing considering the competition but they look like a great choice otherwise. Thank you for another great review! 👍

I listen to mine with ANC on at all times. So maybe if you’re wanting to swap it around back and forth that might be an issue. Seems like this video was brought to you in part by soundcore lol
I totally agree. I returned them for that reason. At full NC mode it changed the sound horribly.
I can understand why
'full NC mode', which is full NC mode? Many people said that in ANC mode On the sound quality so good, not horribly. I don't understand. Could you explain more details.
@@TaiLe-dr5ve Just mean that when you change to noise canceling the sound is way different than with NC turned off. I can understand a slight difference but it is night and day. If you like to bounce back and forth between NC being on and off you have to mess with the EQ all the time. Not saying you can’t get good sound either way…it just can be inconvenient.
@@causeydawg Thank you so much for your explanation! It's clear now, agree with you, the sound shouldn't has big different when we switch between NC modes. Is there the same issue with another wireless headphones?
I think many people don't like this issue but less of them feedback to the company to improve this one. They only complain on youtube, facebook, forum,...but not call or send email to the company to request the company take action to improve it.
It does occur but shouldn't be seeing this on a product at this price IMO

Don’t do the firmware update. You can set the entire button layout customize it completely until you do the firmware update. That takes away your ability to customize that.

Sennheisier are superior when it comes to bass. I wouldn't hold your breath for any firmware updates from Tozo

360 have better fit thus bassier sound for me

Do you mean when you turn on Noise Cancellation, the volumn and sound quality will change? How it change, better or worse?
The sound profile changed - more bass. Sounds better in ANC mode to my ears

I am looking for a pair of earbuds for the gym.
I’m looking for a pair with great fit and awesome bass with multiple drivers.
I have Soundcore L3pro, Soundcore Liberty 4, and OnePlus Buds 2 Pro and none of these make it through a workout without being adjusted multiple times or almost falling out of my ears.
What would you recommend? It can also be something not on my list below.

Same, i bought the bose qc2 earbuds, they are good but not great and they do stick on your ears. However they are over 300$. I also have the powerbeats pro and they never fell on me but the design tho.
