Bob Newhart is one of the funniest men on the planet. I was a fan of both of his television shows and saw his stand up act back in the 80’s. hilarious.

They missed having James Earl Jones at Sheldon and Amy's wedding. During the Star Wars Q&A, Mark Hamill could have said, "It's uncanny. You sound just like my father."

I concur fully, Professor Hawking has to be number one! I enjoyed every episode in which Professor Hawking made an appearance, even if it was just his voice. All of the cameos were excellent! Each actor brought their own spin to TBBT. Thanks to all!
Omg yes💔...his marvel cameos were my absolute favorite things ever in those movies. One of my favorites had to have been the one in Captain America: Civil War.
@@rcov9747 I think the difference is their importance and connection to the main cast. Wheaton and Professor Proton are cool , but if they stopped appearing , it doesn't matter. I wish the nerds had met Harrison Ford with his dry humor and sarcasm. This would have been so funny😂
Bob Newhart aka Professor Proton! THE BEST!!
I loved Bob since the beginning of the Bob Newhart Show. But I didn't get the joke when Bob opens his show with a phone answering "Hello." Decades later I learned that Bob's origin act involved a one-sided telephone conversation with historic figures. That was an homage to that origin. Loved it.
Bob Newhart should have been higher on the list
Professor Hawking was great. James Earl Jones was always my favorite.
This, this is why I’m on this earth
I concur fully, Professor Hawking has to be number one! I enjoyed every episode in which Professor Hawking made an appearance, even if it was just his voice. All of the cameos were excellent! Each actor brought their own spin to TBBT. Thanks to all!
Stan Lee , miss you 😢💔
Omg yes💔...his marvel cameos were my absolute favorite things ever in those movies. One of my favorites had to have been the one in Captain America: Civil War.
You know, there is "the one above all" wich is like the god of marvel comics, but i realized stan lee was the god of marvel comics.
i love cameos in the big bang theory :-)
Will wheaton shouldn't be on this list, for he was on enough episodes that he is a side character not cameo
Excuse me...how could you miss out Christine Baranski, Kathy Bates and my favourite cameo of all....Sarah Michelle Gellar!!!
Baranski isn't a cameo. She is a recurring guest star. Although this is a very small , technical distinction , really.
@@adgato75 Will Wheton was also a recurring character and he's on the list which is odd.
@@rcov9747 I think the difference is their importance and connection to the main cast. Wheaton and Professor Proton are cool , but if they stopped appearing , it doesn't matter. You can just drop any other guest star into a similar storyline. Baranski was Leonard's mother. Even if she didn't appear as often as Wheaton , she had an important connection that couldn't just be dropped out.
I loved Bob Newhart because i love his humor. His type of humor worked great with this show. Then Will Wheaton because the rivalry between him and Sheldon was so funny!
Newharts timing is perfect.
